Except for the Cafe des Delices, all our bars and restaurants are open and operational. El edificio está junto al Nilo, muy bien ubicado y en estado impecable. Dispone de varios restaurantes y una terraza estupenda con piscina y bonitas vistas. El personal es muy amable.

Excelente hotel en Luxor!
Me sorprendió muy gratamente este hotel. Quería no solo disfrutar de Luxor y sus atracciones turísticas, sino también darme un gusto en el hotel y vaya que no defraudo! Hice el booking 2 horas antes de llegar al hotel y si bien en recepción tuvieron problemas para encontrarlo al inicio, luego me ofrecieron un upgrade por el malestar. Eso creo que fue lo mejor, porque la vista que tenía era increíble! era exactamente la vista que se veia en las publicidades del hotel, frente a la piscina y al rio Nilo. La habitación super amplia y moderna, todo funciono a la perfección. Los restaurantes del hotel estaban bastante bien y la piscina perfecta! Cabe mencionar que fui en Junio 2022 (post pandemia) y si bien recién se estaba recuperando el turismo, pude conseguir una promoción demasiado buena: USD 35 la noche. Si regreso a Luxor, de todas maneras regreso al Steigenberger!

Terrible service in the front lobby
I did check out early,my friends they were staying 1 more night so I put my bag in they room, I pay the bill and apparently everything was fine, later the lobby guy told me that I own 1 breakfast more' cause it wasn't load in the system, ok I pay the other breakfast, later on our return, the lobby guy call me again and he told me that I own to him some money 'cause apparently he give the wrong change, to be honest I was talking with my friend when I was paying and I didn't pay attention to the change, so after discuss the numbers I finished giving to him the money that he was asking for, I am still don't know if he charge me more or not; at the end of the day I comeback alone and I took my bag from my friends room, when I was waiting to be pick up for my friends, the security told me that the lobby guy wanna talk to me, I was in the rush so I explain that I was waiting for my friends for the car, the lobby guy when outside and he told me that I need to do check out I explain to him the situation, but he didn't wanna understand and he start to yelling on me on the street in front of a wedding guests, All the Egyptian drama! at the end I ask to him to call the guy that was in the morning in the lobby 'causa I knew it that this guy will be remenber me, he called him and he explain the situation, then without an apologize or look at me to the eyes he left, so sad that this guy doesn't have respect for women and as a guest he treated so bad, I never have been feel so disrespectful

Hotel grande y lujoso en buena ubicación con muchas facilidades de comer, relajar, hacer deportes o trabajar. Muy atento el personal. Sólo el free Wifi está limitado al lobby y lo encontramos un poco lento.

Es bueno, pero...
Es un hotel que ha visto mejores épocas. En este momento está en una gran remodelación en varios pisos y eso hace que haya ruido y polvo, no es agradable. Los cuartos son amplios y el personal muy amable. El desayuno es muy bueno. Sábanas y toallas en buen estado. Limpieza buena. La zona es segura pero también están en obras en la calle y cada vez que uno sale caminando se llena de polvo porque las calles están rotas. Buscaría otra opción por el tema de las remodelaciones internas y las obras externas

Hotel is a beautiful art deco buildling next to the Nile. Room was clean and stylish, and the restaurants had better than average food, the lebanese restaurant was excellent. Highly recommend for Luxor's east bank location is great for museums and attractions.

The property is beautiful and clean, nice shops, the restaurant food is excellent and very good. We had better dining experiences in the hotel than outside the hotel. The pool is great and pool service is excellent. Great Spa services, too. The evening lounge with the two gals playing the instruments sets a very nice and relaxing atmosphere.

We had a wonderful stay here! Only wished we could have stayed longer. The food was wonderful and the property was very picturesque overlooking the Nile. However, as soon as you try to walk outside the front entrance you will be bombarded by people wanting to sell you things or asking if you want a taxi…and they are very persistent.

Cleanliness: 5/5 Service: 5/5 Comfort: 5/5 Noise: 4/5 Overall: A good pick for comfort! The extended review... Cleanliness: 5/5 - Clean bedding and towels. Service: 5/5 - Friendly staff. The breakfast buffet is pretty diverse and tasty. There are a number of restaurants on the property and a pool which was nice to lounge around. There is also evening entertainment. Comfort: 5/5 - Mattresses were comfy and it made my stay here worthwhile because I was sick. Noise: 4/5 - It wasn’t super noisy but we also were facing the atrium and you can hear a little bit of echoing.

What a fantastic hotel to stay in in Luxor! Right on the Nile, beautiful building, extremely kind and helpful staff, and delicious food options right at the hotel. Very kid friendly! We would love to go back.

Beautiful hotel right on the Nile. Lovely open atrium. Excellent restaurants. Very friendly staff. Could not have made a better choice of hotels in Luxor.

The hotel is very nice, the staff very professional and friendly. The location of the property in front of the Nile is outstanding. I would suggest performing some maintenance o replacing some old equipments at the Gym. Also, to keep the access to the tennis court closed or indicainting that it is an area under renovation, the thing is that I decided to visit the tennis court with my wife just to show her the multiple facilities and views that the hotel has, unfortunately when we entered the tennis court, we were shocked with the condition of that area of the hotel. The breakfast was amazing.

Amazing location.
Great hotel on the Nile Bank. Very impressive hotel, with very helpful staff. No airport shuttle, listing is not correct. Patio doors and windows facing the dining and entertainment area of the hotel do not seal so don't do a great job of sound proofing. Breakfast was very good, wide selection.

Family of 4. The property is really pretty. Its a smaller hotel but that was a good think. The service and hospitality made it seem like a boutique property. The hotel is right on the nile and offers help with temple tours and excursions so you can turn your brain off and dont have to prebpom anything. Its a short walk to Luxor temple but we warned that once you leave the sanctuary of the hotel youre going to get bombarded with hagglers. Food and really delicious and reasonable so you can dine on the property and have lots of reat options. Con: outdated bathrooms. Rooms are really nice but bathrooms need to be upgraded.
