we loved the location for this cozy clean cottage. the views were wonderful. fire-it was wonderful. www cooked several meals and the kitchen was well stocked. Bedding and pillows were very comfy!

Clean cozy cottage with lots of options

This very quiet, clean, recently renovated cottage is beautiful, well-maintained and everything our group was looking forward to. The bedrooms are beautiful and comfortable. Lots of amenities and all the necessities in the kitchen. Excellent setting, even in the fall when we couldn't take advantage of all the things to do on the water. Door County is a short drive away and the local food options were great. You will not be disappointed when staying here!

Our cottage on the Bay was a delight for the senses. After leaving Illinois’s 100 plus temps the cooler breezes greeted us. The view of the water and beach was taken in on the expansive deck. Ample comfortable seating made it easy for our family of seven to be together easily. The beach supplies were ample and fun. The beds were comfortable and interior rooms were tastefully decorated. The kitchen was well-stocked and fit for a chef. We did have an issue with the refrigerator but the manager Rachel came right over. She lived a few houses down. By the morning the fridge problem was resolved. The full baths were on the small size each with a small shower. The finished basement had a larger powder room. The family room on the main floor had a large-screened tv above the fireplace. Another tv and fireplace could be found in the finished basement as well as a ping pong table. All in all we thoroughly enjoyed our four night stay.

Beautiful Property-Beware of Security Deposit

This property was definitely one of the cleaner rentals we’ve stayed in. *See security deposit disclaimer below* Decently stocked kitchen (we cooked dinner and breakfast each day). As others have mentioned, the kitchen sink was stinky but seems to be less from sulfur water and more from the disposal. Kids loved the ping pong table. Host was pretty responsive with the exception of completely ignoring a communication related to potentially needing to cancel a few weeks out from stay, but swift response for everything else. Security Deposit. I have never been charged such a high security deposit in full prior to a stay. A high deposit in their possession for 7 months after booking. When I asked about the release of those funds I was told the refund would be issued within 72 hours of cleaning/inspection. We checked out on a Monday, touched base on Friday and they said the property wasn’t being cleaned until Saturday and then they would refunded if passed inspection. The 5 day delay in cleaning was never communicated until I asked. In fact it specified in the check-in email that “check out time is promptly at 10:00 AM. Late checkouts are not possible, as our cleaner's schedule is booked well in advance and she will be arriving promptly at 10:00 AM to prepare the house for the next guests.” I would’ve appreciated more transparency there.

Perfect beach front get away!

Our group of 9 loved every minute of our stay. Aged from 7-45, everyone had a blast..we had everything we needed and more. And a beautiful sunset over the lake each night was the icing on the cake before lighting the campfire!

Tranquility on the Bay

My sisters and I stayed for our annual get-away. The cottage was very comfortable for the 4 of us, both inside and out. The fire pit was a nice feature. Unfortunately, we had some wet weather so we didn't get to enjoy the very large deck as much as we'd hoped. But, we took full advantage of the very nice grill. It was one of the best places we've stayed over the years!

Fabulous Experience!!!!!

We really enjoyed our stay here. It was obvious that the management group/owner pride themselves on the comfort and satisfaction of their guests. We also loved the proximity to Green Bay and Door County without the crowds.

Awesome location

Can’t ask for a nicer location. We had nine people, when I made my reservation it was advertised to handle 10, but had to pay an extra person fee. Knowing there were nine of us , there still was only 5 bath towels supplied. I tried contacting the management company before the trip with questions with no reply. In spite of that everyone loved the location, water and beach and beautiful sunsets.

Excellent Lakeside Home

This lakeside home in Kewaunee County is an excellent place to stay. The home was clean, well maintained and beautiful. The scenery and location by the lake was amazing. The only drawback was the water pressure. Water was reduced to a mere trickle for any shower over 5 minutes or if both showers were operating concurrently. Otherwise, this is a great place and I would recommend staying here.

Beautiful home on the lake

Myself and two other guests stayed here for a little over a week, the property is very welcoming, comfortable, and has a pretty incredible view.
