Nice room, but needs a little TLC. Parking good, nice staff. Restaurant a let down. No staff available and very slow service, cold food and breakfast was very disorganised and lacking fresh coffee, orange juice and pastries!

Checkin info was a breeze.Chris was an excellent host. He was there for any questions and was very accommodating. Granma's Cottage is charming. We loved the bath tub and the cosy kitchen. Great links from the train station at Tiverton Parkway. Thank you.

Great property for our extended family group. We loved the games room in particular. Nanette was always quick to respond to messages, check in was easy - and we really appreciated the prosecco and cake! We'd definitely stay again.
