This was the perfect place for our family to enjoy Shenandoah National Park and the Luray area. Lovely, comfortable home with both privacy and a spectacular view as well as friendly, responsive, and professional hosts. All around great experience.

House was great! Spacious, clean, had everything we (4 adults, 2 teens) needed, and game room was fun. Beautiful views and convenient to Stanley/Luray amenities. Close to Shenandoah National Park. The fireflies and stargazing were excellent. We never used the hot tub.

We had a fantastic time at this beautiful mountain home! The views were amazing and located in a quiet and private spot. The house was warm, welcoming and had plenty of entertainment for the kids and adults. We visited Luray caverns which was a short drive. The host was very responsive to any questions we had and made sure we had everything we needed. Would definitely stay again!

The house was perfect for our family to get away for a few days. Everyone loved the hot tub and views of the mountains. The host was available and helpful. The location was great, close to the town of Luray and Stanley.

A Fantastic Getaway

This oasis in the mountains met all of our expectations. Great views, comfortable rooms and furnishings, and top notch amenities. I completely recommend this for a wonderful mountain vacation.

We had a great time at the Luray Mountain Home. Beautiful views, hot tub, proximity to the river and parks, good bbq, the caverns. We would all visit again.

There are so many great things about this property. The house is wonderful: emaculate, comfortable, stunning mountain views from every room. The owner is incredibly responsive to inquiries and has generously supplied the house with common consumables like coffee, paper towels, etc. If you are interested in visiting Shenandoah National Park, you couldn't ask for a better location. It's about a 25 min drive to the Thornton Gap entrance to Skyline Drive. The house is also 10 min from Luray that has a bunch of good restaurants and 5 min from Stanley that has a great diner (Hawksbill) for breakfast and an exceptionally well stocked supermarket. Everything you need for a great vacation. I can't recommend this property highly enough. We can't wait to return.
