We really enjoyed the observation deck, views, nostalgic classic board game selection, and hot tub.The hosts did a great job of making sure everything we needed was available for a comfortable stay. "Beautiful property, big yard, really nice space. Quick drive to the Thornton Gap park entrance. This was a great place to rest and relax after exploring the park all day. Nice kitchen, with everything you need. We had no cell reception and there is no WiFi (fine with us), so we relied on board games & cable TV for entertainment, which was plenty. "

"This was our second trip to Luray, first was about 6 years ago. The location is just where we wanted to be, in the country. Lots of Deer and Turkey were just next door and the Skyline Drive was only a few miles away, so riding my motorcycle to and from was a piece of cake. The house has everything you need and was so relaxing we didn't want to leave. I can't say enough about this property and we can't wait to come back!!"

"My teen son and I stayed for two nights to hike in the area. It was as described in the photos/description and met our expectations. It was an easy walk to the White Oak Canyon trailhead, and my son loved the swimming holes accessible from the two trails there. We also hiked Old Rag. We wanted to make sure to do the full circuit with the rock scramble. Please note that the parking lot for the full 9 mile Old Rag hike is about a 25-minute drive away; it's the Berry Hollow parking that is close to...
