The Orchid Room

The Orchid Room sits upstairs, open to light, breeze, and the garden below, with the ocean just beyond. 

Simple, calm, and easy to settle into. A place to sleep well, cool off, and start the day slow. There’s space to work if you need it, but most end up on the balcony—looking out over the greenery toward the sea. The bathroom is open-air, with plants and sky close. 

Downstairs is a shared kitchen, dining, and lounge. Or just walk across to Pradeepa’s. She runs Sunshine Café and cooks Sri Lankan food fresh each day—nothing fancy, just real meals for breakfast, lunch, or dinner. 

The garden is open to guests. You’ll find a concrete halfpipe, skatepark, playground, plunge pool, and outdoor shower. The ocean’s a short walk away, and most days naturally drift in that direction.
