"Unser Urlaub im September durften wir in diesem wunderbaren Haus verbringen. Es liegt etwas Abseits aber dafür mit einem unvergleichlichen Ausblick auf die Berge. Haus ist 1 zu 1 wie auf den Bildern bzw im Text. Einrichtung ist einfach aber stimmend zum Haus gehalten, es ist aber alles vorhanden was man braucht. Der Pool und Sauna sind auch klasse. Aber das beste ist einfach Luca der Besitzer des Hauses. Er ist ein super angenehmer Mensch, sowas liebes und hilfsbereites haben wir noch nie...

"I get the feeling the owners have just bought this house & are just starting to rent it out. It seems they have upgraded some parts of the apartment but others are old i.e. the kitchen doors look new, but the carcasses are very old. The lounge felt like it was missing a tv. There was a sofa for 2 facing a wall, with your back to the views of the hills, which felt odd. Personally, when I book an apartment for 4 people I expect 4 people to comfortably be able to sit in the lounge at the same...

"This is a peaceful place away from the buzzling tourist spots, but easily within reach to visit cinque terre, La Spezia, Pisa and Lucca. Its also a good spot for cycling (on race bike). The Villa seems to have a water problem in dry summers, but all problems very easily and rapidly dealt with by the agency."

"The house was fantastic. The pool is definitely a highlight, also big enough for proper swimming. We enjoyed the stay a lot. The cook option is definitely worth booking, very relaxing and tasty. "

"Our stay was very relaxing.The terrace with the great view was every morning breathtaking. Nearby the small river we had the feeling of connecting with the nature. The beds were very comfortable and in the kitchen every kitchen device works and was clean.It was very nice to breakfast as well in the kitchen or at the terrace. The neighbor were friendly and the domestic dog don't bark and was very sweet.Best regard to our host! We will meet again :-)."

"Wir hatten einen sehr schöne, ruhige Woche. Weil wir die Betten einzeln benutzten mussten/wollten, haben wir drei Wohnungen gemietet. So passte das sehr gut für uns. Die Aussicht war hervorragend.Alles war sehr sauber.Jede Wohnung hatte eine (neue?, auf jedenfall sehr saubere) Waschmaschine.Bettwäsche/ Tücher waren ausreichend vorhanden.In der Nacht war es in den Wohnungen kühl und wir konnten prima schlafen.Wir wurden sehr gut von Ambra und Nadia betreut. Vielen Dank!Würden wieder kommen. ;)"

"La casa es un antiguo B&B, por lo que cada habitación dispone de su propio lavabo, es fantástico para poder alquilar hasta 10 personas y no tener que preocuparte por ese tema. Está alojada en un paraje excepcional y muy tranquilo, con una vistas espectaculares, para poder relajarte después de la visita diaria a las diversas ciudades que tienes en la zona. Anna y su marido, fueron unos anfitriones excelentes, nos acomodaron, y nos solucionaron todos los pequeños problemas que surgieron en un...

"Der Norden der Toskana ist geprägt von alten Häusern aus dem 17ten Jahrhundert. Das Anwesen wirkt wie eine alte Burg, die liebevoll hergerichtet wurde. Das Anwesen ist weitläufig, so dass Kinder prima spielen können und auch genügend Rückzugsmöglichkeiten bestehen. Die Gastgeber sind unglaublich nett. Die Ausstattung ist landesgemäß spärlich und man sollte einen Kaffekocher mitbringen. Es gibt nur kleine Mokkakocher. Außerdem gilt es zu beachten, dass der Pool und der Whirlpool nur bis 20:00 Uhr...

"Location parfaite, propre, bien aménagée, bonne literie. Une cour à 100 m de la maison pour garé la voiture. On peu la garé devant la maison aussi. Accueil chaleureux, et le Mr est très gentil. Village bien situé pour visiter les 5 terres, prendre le train à la gare SPECIA. Nous avons visiter PORTOVENERE très jolie village aussi. Commerces pas loin à AULLA. Très bon séjour de 3 jours."
