"Wir haben die Zeit in Andreas Haus genossen. Das Haus hat in jedem Raum Air Condition, die Zimmer sind gross. Auch die Küche ist so gross, dass eine 5 köpfige Familie bequem essen kann. "It is a lovely flat overall, we liked the space in the bathroom, the dining area and the patio. Bedding needs improvement as 2 have to share one blanket on each bed and the blankets /sheets are made for summer, not for spring, fall or winter when it is chilly outside. As soon as somebody lives in the flat upstairs, it is disturbing as one can hear everything below even if people are not loud when speaking. "Das Haus liegt wunderschön in den Bergen Pontinvreas im Naturschutzgebiet. Wenn man zum Wandern oder Mountainbiken hier Urlaub machen möchte, liegt es wirklich toll. Allerdings sind es deutlich mehr als 15 Minuten bis zum Strand und dann auch nur zum touristischen Teil. Wenn man einen ruhigen Badeurlaub mit Kindern verbringen möchte, sollte man in einer anderen Ecke der Region eine Unterkunft suchen oder muss eben einen längeren Weg(mindestens 30 Minuten, eher länger) in Anspruch nehmen. "My wife and I stayed 3 nights and thoroughly enjoyed the stay and property. Jessica was responsive and very helpful. It is way up the hill, so be prepared to drive to the beach. Would be even better with 2 couples where you could enjoy some meals together on the patio, overlooking the sea. The views of the sea from the house and patio are really incredible. Very tastefully and artistically decorated. Enjoyed dinner at La Ruggia and visiting Finalborgo. Highly recommend!"
