"What a place! I’m so glad we found this when searching for a place to stay when visiting Riva del Garda. 100% relaxing! We got a great reseption when arriving, perfect with the parking in the garage. Fresh fruit and cold water. The apartment was so perfect. Fresh and new, large bedroom. The sky pool is perfekt. Quiet and enough sunbeds for everyone. It takes about 15-20 min to walk by the lake to city centre, but you don’t have to, when there are shops and restaurants just around the corner....

"We spent a wonderful week at residence delle rose. We really liked the large swimming pool and contemporary surrounding area with sunbeds. The restaurant serves lovely food and is very convenient, as kids can play nearby whilst waiting for the food to arrive. Lovely and helpful staff. The surrounding are is beautiful - close to the lake, but not as busy."

"We were in Italy for a family holiday. I chose Malcesine for its proximity to hiking and biking - it was as I had hoped. I chose the villa for its location, authentic Italian charm and the view. It was as we had hoped it would be and more. The view was spectacular. Jeanne was super helpful and sweet. She made us feel very welcomed and offered great advice. "The heater was not working, since the days of my visit were still not the season to turn it on (as I was announced when I complained in reception); so, after several days raining and without sun in the region, it was very very cold and the room was frozen, so I had to stay with jacket in my room. Wi-fi was completely not working (they say it's an included service, but forget it), so I couldn't work when in the hotel. So I was quite uncomfortable during my stay"
