We booked a more expensive king bed room, was told on arrival we had the best room however when we got there the room was far from an upgraded room and looked more tired than their standard room and wasn’t a king bed in it, the staff very kindly moved us to another room which was far better however it was so hot and even with the fan supplied on all night and window opened, it was uncomfortably hot. "We were given the tiniest room in the hotel even when there were other available rooms. We know the others were bigger as we saw them in the morning while cleaning. It was so tiny that we did not have space to walk between our suitcases and the bed. Another negative point is that there were not option to eat when we arrived at 20h. The restaurant was closed and the hotel is isolated with not restaurants in the sourrandings. In Spain, hotels serve meals in wide timetables in order to adapt...
