"I was sent the wrong address to the house. In addition, the house is a duplex (which was not mentioned anywhere on the description) and you can hear the adjoining people on the other side of the walls rather clearly. "

"Was not clean/cleaned well/hadn't been cleaned in a while. Dead bugs, spider webs, etc.....throughout the house. Had to clean the coffee table myself because it was so sticky and dirty. Furniture is all very used and in rough condition. The house is older and has been "remodeled" but the "remodel" is not great and either wasn't done well to begin with or needs to be done again. Would have gone to a hotel if we could have gotten a refund."
