  • Offering two levels of living space, this condo is positioned on the Sachem trail in the popular Trailside community (Arapaho Village) of Okemo Mountain Resort. With its beginner-friendly rating, the Sachem trail is perfect for families and skiers or snowboarders of all abilities. At Okemo Mountain Resort, you'll find a vertical drop of 2,200 feet (the highest in Southern Vermont), 20 lifts, and 121 trails, slopes, and glades to explore. For a change of pace, the heart of downtown Ludlow is just over two miles east, offering scenic parks and local dining options to enjoy before returning home.

    Your retreat features soaring ceilings and small comforts which offer the homey ambience you crave in a vacation home. Relax watching TV as you comfortably lounge in the living area. The well-equipped kitchen is there to assist the group chef and the dining table can accommodate guests to savor the meal. For a change of pace, sear your favorite foods to perfection on the grill. If you still have energy to burn, go for a refreshing swim in the shared pool or bring your rackets to the tennis courts for some friendly competition.

Great location for ski-in and out.

This condo was perfect for two couples. The kitchen had everything we needed and it was very nice to have a real fireplace. Checking in and out was very easy. We will rent again.

Perfect for our family

My family and I had an amazing stay here at the condo steps from sachem trail!! It was in the most convenient location. It was comfortable and had a homey feel! My family and I were able to make home cooked meals and play games every night! It was such a great stay.

a bit small but overall nice condo and good location

It's a good location, but the convo shows a bit of wear and tear... also if you have beginner skiers, if the Sacham lift is not open, you need to be able to ski black/blue to get back to the condo.q

Great location!

My family and I loved staying in this unit. It was conveniently located right off the Sachem trail and got us on the mountain quick and easy! The unit was clean and had all of the necessary amenities. The beds were comfortable and the living room was perfectly sized for the whole family to lounge in after skiing all day. My only suggestion is to replace the drip coffee maker. Otherwise everything was perfect!

We loved the location! So easy to snap on our skis and go! House was clean and comfortable. Mattress was super comfortable. Only issue was the heat. Bedroom was very cold and we could Not figure out how to adjust the thermostat. Fortunately they had extra blankets.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: My family stayed here for a few days to get away and enjoy some time on the slopes. We found that this condo to be in an excellent location, within 200ft of Sachem trail and very easily accessible. Parking was no issue as well within the community as it is dedicated to the unit. The condo provided ample room to relax, enjoy the fireplace, watch some TV to unwind. The living space was very clean, with all the equipment we need in the kitchen as well as an outdoor grill on the deck. Would definitely stay here again!

Check in is at 5pm, which is late, I had to call at 4;58 to see if the condo was available. At which time i got a little attitude from the person on the other line.. not very professional. Also there was no consideration for the disruption caused by the water main break...

The condo is clean and nicely decorated with all the kitchen amenities you may need. Plenty of space for our group of 4 adults and 5 kids. The condo is situated as four levels with 2 1/2 baths so never felt like we were on top of one another. The kids loved the loft. Easy in and out to slope with very short walk to Sachem trail, great location.

The only negative was the lack of snow, which clearly is their fault...We will definitely try to come back next season, and would happily stay here again if we can rally a big enough crew.
