Awesome location slopeside - literally 10 steps from lift served trail that provides access to lifts servicing the top of the mountain. Clean and comfortable. Sleep an extra hour and avoid the busy lodge and liftline at the base of mountain.

Ski weekend

The most perfect location for my family- out the back door onto the slopes. We are a family of 4 and it was the right size. The beds were comfy and the condo has been updated. I was looking at the listing, and there was a coffee maker so might want to add that to the listing as we brought our own.

Perfect location. Doesn’t get better

The location is ridiculous. Walk out the porch, put skis on, and hop on the lift. The space is great, well furnished, clean, recently updated kitchen etc. Can’t wait to ski again.

Second stay!

This was our second consecutive stay in this WP property. The condo is cozy, clean and very convenient. As described, walk out the back door to the lifts which is super easy with kids. The condo is perfect size for a couple & 2-3 kids. The kitchen has all the essentials needed for a comfortable stay. We couldn’t get the fireplace going this year, but I’m sure that was user error. We were able to book at later check out on Sunday for a fee through the prop manager – worth it if you want to take advantage of Sunday skiing. Feels like your staying at a friend's place. We would consider this unit for a long-term rental, if available. Already booked for a long wknd in 2025.

Wonderful place

My siblings and I go to Okemo every year for my brother's birthday. This stay was awesome because we got to ski right out and enjoy the mountain. Condo was convenient and enjoyable, had board games and we had an amazing time.

Excellent location

We enjoyed our ski weekend at this WP condo. Perfect location - exactly as described. Walk out the back door and the lift is just a few steps away. Super convenient, especially for children. The condo itself is warm and cozy. There were four of us and we had plenty of space to spread out. The kids enjoyed using the Wii. The condo was well appointed and thoroughly clean - I find this is sometimes hit or miss in VT. The 10 am checkout is a bit early if your wanting to ski the day of checkout, but this is normal for any Okemo location. We were able to extend for an additional charge - you just need to call the property mgt co to arrange a delayed checkout. They will accommodate for a fee if available. Would highly recommend this property and have already booked for next year.

Wonderful condo!

We stayed 3 night and had a wonderful time. The fireplace was perfect after skiing. The pool and hot tub was nice because nice we could walk, it was so close. The condo was very clean and very well taken care of. Thanks!

Great place to rent.

The location was outstanding, literally walk out the back door and ski down the mountain. The kitchen was a little small, but the rest of the place more than made up for that. I highly recommend renting this place.

Great location. Needs maintenance and cleaning.

We really liked the location of this property. It's right next to the A and B Quad chairs at Okemo. You are pretty much right at the base when you walk out from the unit. The unit is also nicely decorated, has king sized bed in the main bedroom, and 2 sets of bunkbeds in another room. What we didn't like are all the items requiring maintenance or cleaning in the unit. Examples: 1. Dishwasher that's tilted downward so that the racks and dishes in it all roll out, potentially onto the kitchen floor. It's almost as though someone stepped onto the dishwasher while it was open, bending the hinge on the front of the unit and also tilting the whole unit under the counter. 2. Drapes in the main room that don't open properly. 3. Cardboard box and various paints next to the furnace and hot water heater, and only feet feet from a sign that says "Do not place flammables next the furnace and hot water heater." 4. An upholstered chair that's broken (can't sit on it) with the damage concealed under some pillows. 5. The flu can't be closed. It rotates back to open each time. 6. The main bedroom's bathroom doors were covered in splatter and dust standing in great contrast to signage in the unit about the "extra cleaning" being done to combat COVID. This is a Vacasa-managed property so my guess is the owner doesn't use it much and may not know about the problems. To be transparent, we did not notify anyone about the problems because we only stayed in this unit for 2 days and didn't have the time or inclination to deal with the problems.

Great location and super clean. They would not let me check out late even though my child was remote learning and the room was not rented that night. Overall good stay. Cannot possibly get a better location.

Great unit and location

Everything was excellent including location, instructions, cleanliness. Two comments — there was a lot of snow and seemingly no shoveling done at all. This is more of a complex-wide issue. Second, knowing that there’s a pool, more and larger towels would be helpful. Otherwise great place and hope to be able to rent again!
