The heart of the home is the full chef’s kitchen, featuring updated appliances and a central island designed for easy meals and gathering. The living room offers a comfortable place to unwind around the fireplace, while the dining area, anchored by a wood-burning stove, creates a cozy setting for shared meals and relaxed evenings.
Downstairs, a dedicated game and workout room adds flexibility to the stay, whether you're looking for some friendly competition or a little movement after a day outdoors.
Outside, the experience continues with a private hot tub and fire pit, offering a place to warm up, reconnect, and take in the peaceful surroundings. With four bedrooms and three bathrooms, the home offers plenty of space to settle in and enjoy time together.

Located in the hills above Ludlow, the home offers a quiet setting just 5 minutes from Okemo Mountain Resort and close to downtown Ludlow. Guests have easy access to skiing, hiking, and mountain biking, while local restaurants, shops, and year-round activities are just a short drive away.

Wildlife: This is a home in a rural part of the country. You may see wildlife including deer, coyotes, foxes, and bears. Please be mindful of your surroundings and leaving out food and trash.
Weather: In the winter, there will be snow, ice, and occasional snowstorms. We recommend driving a vehicle with AWD or 4WD. Please drive with caution and be prepared with regards to the ability of your vehicle to drive in the snow.
Power & Internet: This is a rural part of the country. You may lose power or internet during inclement weather. We do not issue refunds for loss of power or internet out of our control.
Air conditioning: There is a total of 4 split units at the house. One split unit in each of the four bedrooms. AC availability is seasonal and depending on weather (late spring and summer). Heating is also seasonal, and depending on weather, available during the cold seasons (autumn-winter).
Accessibility note: While we welcome all guests, please note that the home is not equipped with accessibility adaptations (e.g., grab bars, ramps, or stair lifts), and has steps throughout the property. We want to make sure every guest has the information needed to enjoy their stay comfortably
Pets: We’re happy to welcome your pup to the home. There’s a $150 fee + tax for the first dog and $50 + tax for each additional one. If you’re planning to bring more than one, please reach out to us before completing your booking so we can get everything set up for you. For everyone’s comfort, we kindly ask that dogs stay leashed outdoors and that you clean up after them. Please note that cats aren’t permitted due to allergy concerns. Any pet-related damages may result in additional charges.
Maximum occupancy: Please mind that this house can host a maximum of 8 guests per fire code. As per the fire department, infants are included in that number. Therefore, any infants included in the booking above maximum occupancy of 8 would unfortunately result in the reservation being cancelled.
Cancellation Policy: We cannot make any exceptions to our cancellation policy. Please consider traveler’s insurance.
