"Very helpful staff,great location "

"Estuvimos en 2 habitaciones, ambas tenían el baño nuevo lo que se agradece un montón. Las camas individuales no estaban mal, pero el colchón de la cama de matrimonio era tan viejo y blando que nos levantamos con las espaldas echas polvo. Los domingos noche no sirven cena. No hay ascensor, hay que subir las maletas a peso y queda apartado del pueblo de Ludlow con lo que únicamente se puede acceder con el coche. No estuvimos mal, pero para otra ocasión intentaríamos buscar otro hotel."

Rooms were fantastic - staff couldn't do enough for us - food was sensational, even in the bistro (so I can't imagine what the restaurant food was like!) I can thoroughly recommended this hotel. Will definitely come back next time I visit the area."
