Close to downtown Ludington and even closer to the Ludington State Park. Right next door is Hansel, an efficiency size cottage that sleeps 2. Perfect for large families traveling together. Grace Landing Cottages are right down the street. You will love this quiet location. 30 day rental minimum.

Cute & comfortable for families

Great place for family + pets. Close enough to town yet far enough to be out of the way. Would recommend.

Surprise, Surprise

It was a cute place for my husband and our dog to relax. The neighborhood is very nice with wonderful people. Just double check on the pet fee. I originally paid the $50 pet fee as stated on the website several months prior to our arrival just to have the owners tell me a couple days prior that it’s $50 a day which is unheard of. They charged us an extra $100 for the six days we were there. They should update the website. Pet fees are usually one set price, felt deceived.

Very clean and updated. Great kitchen, open to living area.

Love the area! Great cottage with everything you need. Everyone on that street was so friendly and welcoming too which was great. Pet friendly too!

Awesome Getaway

Thank you for the great stay. My Husband and I were very relaxed and enjoyed the cottage. The neighborhood was safe and great for walking. The local neighbors were friendly and helpful. The cottage itself was clean and just as explained in description. We would have preferred more details on amenities within the posting but the owner was quick to response and extremely great at answering our questions. (For example, outside fire-pit but bring wood, coffee maker, etc.). Although we didn't bring our kiddos, there is enough space for a family of 4-any more than that would be tight! It was great that pet friendly too. We would definitely come back to this location!

The house was just as advertised. Walking distance to the lake, newly renovated and very clean.
