We loved our stay at 1 Harborbrook In Manistee Michigan! Beautiful apartment. The view of the harbor was so spectacular! So much to do in and around the area. We are looking forward to visiting again. Highly recommend this place!

Had bugs in the bathroom most of the time. I was under the impression that there was a washer and dryer. I would suggest you change the hinges on the refrigerator from left side open to right side. Other than that my stay was good. Can’t beat the location

Short stay

The property was fine, the amenities seemed OK. The pool area was clean. The condo itself did not have any linens for any of the beds, this was included in the stay so not sure what happened. Overall, 7 out of 10 may look for another place next time we visit.

The place was nice but it wasn’t very clean. We had to pick up dead flies and dust floors in the bathroom. Plus it said there was cable but it only had internet. We made do and streamed movies but not what was said in the description and welcome packet. When we asked they person was not in the area but could possibly come the next day but we were only there for a short weekend.

Great location!

Great lication! It's short drive to downtown Manistee or a short walk to the beach. The property was clean and well stocked. The dining window offered views of the harbor, flowers teeming with butterflies and an occasional hummingbird. Finally, we appreciated having access to both the indoor and outdoor pools.

The unit was located on a harbor, scenic with boats and sailboats. We used both the indoor and outdoor pools. Unit was well cleaned, bed comfortable, and kitchen well stocked. We had a concern with the dishwasher which was communicated to management, and owner handled to our satisfaction. The photos in the unit were well done. The butterfly bush outside the dining table was enjoyable. We also ate several meals on the porch and enjoyed sitting out there. The unit was within reasonable walking distance to the beach; however, we chose to drive and save our walking for trips to the lighthouse. The grounds around the harbor were well maintained. The unit has a quiet environment, and we enjoyed our stay; best suited for two adults. t

Family Beach Trip

I actually stayed at the same condo village in another until prior and didn't even realize it was the same place until I pulled in. It is in a great location and I love the lake being walking distance away. The unit was clean, so minor things could use updates, but we are not too picky. I love the firplace and view. The condo was a bit smaller than it appeared in the pictures so it was a tight fit for the three of us. The only really disappointing thing that we encountered was the ourdoor pool and spa were closed for part of the trip as well as the indoor spa for part of the trip. We booked the unit here specifically for the indoor/outdoor options. I remembered this happened with the indoor pool/spa the last time we stayed in the condo village. At least the last time they were willing to prorate the price due to that fact that we couldn't use the facilities we paid for. All in all you will like this place and location especially if all the amenities are working.

Great view of beautiful boats

We really enjoyed this condo. It was clean and pictures were accurate. Best part was deck with coffee in the morning or drinks in the evening. Really enjoyed this part of Manistee! Would definitely recommend this condo

Perfect beach retreat

I stay for a total of 8 nights and it was the perfect escape. Walked the beach, went to the pool, enjoyed the peace and quiet. Worked remotely a few days with great internet access…No problems. Everything was clean, comfortable, and we’ll appointed.

NIce, comfortable property

Very clean and well-appointed! The mattress in the bedroom was VERY comfortable....sometimes a rarity in rentals at Harbor Village, I am sorry to say. Loved the door lock...very easy to get in and out! Very quiet which we liked...Overall, a nice experience.....We would love to rent this unit again in the future!

Long Weekend Getaway

My husband, college-aged daughter and myself were there for a long weekend. It was a fabulous location! The amenities were great with a hot tub overlooking the harbor and truly amazing sunsets at the beach only a short walk away. The condo had everything you could ask for. We will be back for sure. Couldn’t ask for better!
