"We really enjoyed our stay at Outdoorsy. The yurts are definitely "outdoorsy". You are in nature and it is quiet and private. We had interesting weather during our stay with several thunderstorms. It was noisy in the yurt but we always felt safe. The yurt was comfortable, clean, and roomy. We were traveling with our dog and it was great for him but not if your dog tends to take off when not on a leash. The property is a short drive to many wineries and activities in the area. "We were greeted with chocolate chip cookies and a glass of wine and seltzer, while the property owners fed a herd of deer out in front of an amazingly beautiful canyon scape. "Stayed the night for my wife’s birthday. Fredericksburg is our favorite place to visit, and this is now our favorite place to stay there! So close to everything while being tucked away off of Main Street just enough to get the outdoorsy cabin vibes as well. Thanks to the gracious hosts, Ted and Leah, who went above and beyond to ensure we had a wonderful stay. We will be booking with them again very soon! "
