Hermoso hotel de época con excelente servicio
El hotel está en perfectas condiciones, es hotel de época con perfecto mantenimiento, todo impecable. La comida del restaurante excelente, y el servicio muy cordial.

Entorno perfecto para un buen hotel
El hotel está situado en una zona increíble, el personal de recepción es muy amable, la habitación y el baño por encima de la media, pero no deja de quedarse un poco corto para tratarse de un 5 estrellas al precio que se paga. Aun así, bastante recomendable.

El hotel está muy bonito, pero no cuenta con gimnasio. El personal de recepcion no es muy amable al saludarlos no te contestan , la única persona amable y genuina que realmente siempre que nos veía nos preguntaba si todo estaba bien fue Mohamed de recepcion el resto te ignoraba, se merece un reconocimiento especial. La vista de la habitacion es muy bonita y una excelente ubicación .

Muy buen hotel y excelente servicio, pero un día el bartender nos pidió silencio porque le molestaba nuestro ruido a un perro que llevó una señora al bar. No sé si la señora era huesped, pero el bartander se despidió de ella con tres besos en la mejilla.

INMEJOABLE
Muy buen hotel, y perfectamente bien ubicado, servicio de lo mejor, las habitaciones muy bonitas. por mucho el mejor hotel de los que hemos estado.... aunque seleccionamos cuarto con vista a la ciudad, el cafe con vista al lajo es muy bonito. Y el café restaurant que está en esa acera esta muy agradable.

The hotel is in the town right at the beautiful lake, it has wonderful lake view and within walking distance of major attractions. The hotel stuff is super nice and helpful

The staff at the resort was extraordinary, they made us feel right at home from the very moment we arrived. Every single staff member was extremely pleasant and courteous and the restaurants at the property are amazing.

Great disappointment. Kitchen of the restaurant burnt in the afternoon, we had to change restaurant where selected wine was not available. Room 418 was the smallest of the hotel, a bathroom transformed into a bed room squeezed between two normal rooms. Neighbor slammed his door at 1.30 am and again at 6.00 am in the same night. Receptionist said he would take care of not renting that room again instead of changing us the room. 2 hours later, we had new neighbors in that very same room… otherwise, staff was nice and welcoming. But for $600 a night, you expect better a service!

Beautiful hotel with outstanding staff in an excellent location. Everything within the hotel’s control was fabulous! Dinner at Juliette was excellent, highly recommend! We had some issues with noisy neighbors and smoking, but the staff did everything they could to relocate us.

This is one of the best hotels at which I’ve ever had the pleasure of staying. It’s beautiful, has several restaurants if you want to stay on property, the staff is fantastic and the location is perfect for walking everywhere you’d want to go in Lucerne. Highly recommend!!!

Great location. Walkable to downtown but not so close that it's too busy. View is amazing. This is a historic hotel, so the layout is a little dated, but that's part of the fun. Room was fantastic. We didn't go to the restaurants/bar that often but when we did they were good. By far the highlight is the staff who are very friendly and helpful. They gave us great tips on where to visit and how to do things. This was important since it was our first trip to Switzerland. If/when we go back to Lucerne we will definitely stay here again!

Not a top notch stay this time
A short stay again and mostly top notch. Two areas that were not include pop music played by the Brasserie that could be heard from my room above and notably smaller breakfast selection.

What an overpriced hotel!! We had a lake view room - that we paid for! We ended up with a horrible small room with no view. They did nothing to make up for having to move to that kind of room. The room was on the other side of the hotel and if we left our room key wouldn’t open the main door!!! They acted like they were doing us a favor. You could clearly tell that room was never used because the water came out brown. You know when the pipes haven’t been used in awhile. Plus there was a company Christmas party and it was so loud. Because of this company party there was no room service or anything!!! We were able to Get a bottle of wine. When we checked out they charged us like 90 Francs for a bottle of wine that was 19.99 at the wine shop across the street. He even had the nerve to tell me he sent us the cheapest bottle they had. I kid you not he said that to me. Highly disappointed in the hotel.

Everything was 5 star! The staff even brought us chocolates to our room and when we arrived we were offered Champagne and water.

I was given a very small room, which is even smaller than a regular room (418), and the AC wasn’t even working well for a small room Which was unprofessional
