Good place to stay in a great location. The lady in the morning that speak spanish was very nice the next day there where different people in service not so nice and friendly. I think is luck in how people mood is.

A un lado del Río que más puedo pedir !
Estuve dos noches con mi familia en Lucerna y es un hotel hermoso a la orilla del Río . Súper accesible a todos lados caminando y a 1 minuto de una parada de autobús y a 5 de la estación de tren , El desayuno una verdadera delicia ! Sin duda volvería sin pensarlo. Fui con mi esposo y mi hijo adolescente y tuvo su propio espacio para dormir en una habitación aparte . El baño espectacular amplio y elegante!

Aunque no es un hotel de lujo te ofrece todas las comodidades para disfrutar de Lucerna, el check in con la señorita Petra fue excelente, fue muy amable, habla muy bien ingles, nos informo de las actividades por hacer en Lucerna, el hotel muy cómodo, limpio,mobiliario en muy buenas condiciones, habitación amplia, el desayuno muy completo y delicioso, también te ofrecen café, agua y pastel todo el dia hasta las 10:00 pm, esta en el casco antiguo de la ciudad asi que vas caminando a todas partes, a menos de 15 minutos caminando de la estación de tren, sin duda me volveré a hospedar en este hotel

Repetiríamos sin duda
El hotel es muy fácilmente localizable y la ubicación es estupenda. El personal del hotel muy amable, nos ayudó en todo, tanto en el aparcamiento, mejoras de alojamiento e incluso la cena fuera del hotel. Nos habían reservado una plaza para aparcar el coche y nos dejaron utilizarla hasta la hora que quisimos sin problema, a pesar de haber dejado ya el hotel. La habitación, era un pequeño estudio en el edificio de enfrente. Decorado con mucho gusto, muy amplio y luminoso. Todo muy limpio y cómodo. Nos dio pena no estar más días!!

The staff were wonderful. Extremely helpful. The breakfast is included and amazing. Lots to choose from and a coffee machine with lots of options. They even offer champagne at breakfast for no additional charge! The room is small and the shower is tiny. This is normal in most of the European rooms we have stayed but worth noting in case you bring more than one large suitcase. Overall we enjoyed our stay and the location on the river.

The room was very basic-nothing fancy. The staff was very friendly and helpful. We needed an adapter and they had one to loan. Breakfast was awesome! Even had free prosecco for mimosas. Bread was fresh and selections were varied.

The room was spacious and the beds very comfortable. Location is perfectly walkable with lovely river proximity, yet not amidst the crowd. Excellent restaurant very close by. Breakfast a bit underwhelming. WiFi weak.

Clean, central hotel with great staff
Nice hotel with a good location - just 10 mins walk to town and also at the start of the castle wall tourist spot. reception lady was very very helpful and very nice. made our stay so much more pleasant. breakfast was good. bed was a little too soft for my liking though.

Very pleasant hotel in a great location - quiet and felt outside of tourist madness, yet really just steps away from the restaurants, shops and lovely streets of old Lucerne. Great breakfasts. Very nice staff. The balcony and river view were great assets, especially as we arrived during a heat wave. I'm docking a star in the rating due to the lack of A/C, though that's not entirely fair since normally this wouldn't be a concern here. Being able to open the large balcony door and windows (along with the fan) is what saved us at night. Other than the unusual heat, we loved our stay in Lucerne and would happily stay here again.

Die Hundefreundlichkeit hörte an der Türschwelle zum Frühstücksraum auf. Parkplatz am Haus war sehr schwierig befahrbar. Kratzer in der Autotüre am nächsten Morgen. Sonst sehr gute Lage und schöne Zimmer.

Cool place, but Warm Rooms
Great location, nice service, very clean hotel. One can tell it was recently refreshed - but when trying to make it a modern hotel, why did they not add Air Conditioning? Due to the street noise, and over-lit parking garage across the river, keeping one's windows open is a challenge as well. We did have a fan, but not sure if it helped much. Needless to say, we did not get any sleep while staying here. Would I stay here again - yes, but not in the summer.

Lovely hotel in excellent location
Very good hotel in excelling location, minutes from old town and 10 mins walk from train station. Bus stop to Kriens (for Mount Pilatus trip) was just across the other side of the river, 5 mins walk from hotel. Family room was a good size with plenty of room for a family of 4 to spread out. Good breakfast included and helpful staff made it a very enjoyable stay. Only negative was that it was very hot on the top floor. Fans were provided to help keep cool but still very hot when trying to sleep at night in August. Despite that I would still recommend this hotel (even in summer months) as positives more than outweigh that one negative.

Excellent choice
Location was very walkable to sites of the old town, right on the river. Breakfast was excellent. Old-fashioned service to room, fresh towels, made bed, etc was a surprise! Coffee & tea in the room was good quality. Reception was friendly, helped us with parking and provided good knowledge of local sights to see and restaurant choices. Stayed here three nights in August.
