The spacious second floor features a modern design with a balcony offering stunning views of Mount Banahaw. Nearby attractions are easily accessible, just a 3-minute drive from the highway.

The first floor features shared spaces like a kitchen, living room, laundry room, and dining area.

The entire second floor is yours to claim, a sanctuary comprising two elegantly appointed bedrooms. Each of these splendid chambers features a sumptuous queen-size bed, soothing air-conditioning, generous closets, and an en-suite bathroom.

Step onto your private balcony, a tranquil retreat that extends from one of the bedrooms, and onto a family hallway that connects these lavish living spaces.

Kindly be advised of the following HOUSE RULES:

PETS OF ANY KIND ARE NOT ALLOWED: While we love pets, they might cause disturbances to other guests.

NO SMOKING INSIDE THE UNIT: Since we are hosting kids and guests who do not smoke, please do not smoke inside the unit (or even inside the restroom). You may, however, do it in any open area.

NO DRINKING OF LIQUOR: Since this is a Christian-owned home, we won't allow the consumption of any intoxicating drinks.

NO TOO MUCH NOISE AT NIGHT: Please avoid excessive noise at night since this is a residential building, and there might be neighbors resting already. We encourage peaceful co-habitation.

TURN OFF ALL APPLIANCES IN YOUR ROOM BEFORE YOU LEAVE: It is always a good habit to turn off all electric-powered devices and appliances to help save electricity and prevent fire.

WASH YOUR USED DISHES: Please feel free to use our cookware and eating utensils, but please be a darling and kindly wash them after using, especially before checking out.

BE HONEST AND INFORM US OF ANY DAMAGE: We will appreciate it if you can inform us in advance if you damage or lose anything, or if something was not working during your stay. This will make our life easier as it is difficult to troubleshoot something when other guests have already arrived.
