"We booked this stay based on the price, pet-friendly policy, and positive reviews/photos. Unfortunately, our experience did not match expectations.The property is about 15 minutes from Mobile, which was fine, but arriving in the evening was difficult—there is little to no outdoor lighting, making the walk from the parking area unsafe and unwelcoming.Our first unit had a dead, smashed frog and dirt on the floor. "This was our first time using VRBO. Our room was changed three times. Our original unit was doubled booked the second unit they gave us was not cleaned and the third unit the toilet was plugged. finally we were given another unit which was dirty and no amenities as described in listing. There was one roll of toilet paper, no paper towel one coffee cup, and no creamers, no hair dryer, no Xtra towels. We had to wash our own towels and the dryers did not work that well.
