5 Star ONLY by DRC standards - this should be clear on the booking. Don’t say you’re in international hotel and then not adjust your star rating to reflect international standards. The AC in half the rooms we booked never cooled the room. The showers have broken tiles, shower drain covers, and mold. The staff are always friendly. The property is far off the road and the pool is beautiful, very deep, and very cold (refreshing). Guests are not discouraged from making rude remarks or gestures, which lessened considerably the enjoyable atmosphere. (I was properly and conservatively clothed.) The pool house showers are broken - there’s water but it sprays out of the top of the fixture, not from the shower head. There are no pool towels. And when there’s a function, it’s pretty loud and guests smoke everywhere outside rather then a specific area. On my send stay, the AC worked well, but the first stay was rough. The food buffets… breakfast. The egg station is the only food served hot. They’re are about 20 other dishes that should be warm, but we’re always cold. The lunch and dinner buffets were plentiful but you must love over cooked meats. Ordering off the menu was better, and all options are VERY expensive for what you get. Very expensive for most areas of the world, crazy for the DRC. It’s not safe to leave the property so come prepare to stay if you don’t have a local private vehicle, driver, and security. 3-1/2 stars at best

The electronic system needs to be improved, the room card, sometimes work, sometimes it doesn’t I was going back and forth to the reception to get it reactivated, the same thing with the elevator, the card doesn’t always work. Please let the customer know if they book online, if it’s a classic booking, they won’t have a fridge in their room! Luckily I was moved to a room with a fridge after I complain! Thumbs up for that! Overall I enjoyed my stay and the buffet is great

A solid base and springboard to engage Lubumbashi
The rooms are tidy and clean and the people are friendly. If you do not speak French you might find it difficult to order room service. Food is good but with limited variety. WiFi works well but drops frequently and one needs to reconnect. It is a solid base to use and a springboard to engage the city of Libumbashi commercially.

The property is situated at an excellent location. They are trying their best to keep the place clean and net. The food was great. However, there are issues that needs to be taken seriously such as people smoking beyond the designated smoking area (rooms, buisness area, etc). Some staff are rude and not welcoming.

Mostly people here for business. And they don’t have normal wifi. You can connect but it’s not working at all. Impossible to work or even send message. So if you need internet you will not find it here. At all. Im so angry. Also stuff almost don’t speak English. So if you don’t speak french u can’t communicate. And really not tasty breakfast

Friendly service - great food
The rooms are clean, the service professional and the food of a very high standard. At a rate of 150 USD per night it is somewhat pricy for what you get. It is safe and secure and certainly I will stay there in future.

Friendly and helpful staff.
At a cost of 150- 200 USD/ night the hotel can certainly be upgraded. The staff is friendly and accommodating and the quality of the food is truly great! Amenities are expensive.

Absolute appalling service in the dining and bar areas. Never have I had had such bad cooked fish and chips. No salt and pepper on the table. Tomato and Mozzarella cheese salad was served with gouda. I booked a double room for 2 people and had only 2 flat pillows and 1 set of towels. No TV service and the WiFi was non-existing.

L’hôtel est propre, bien que les chambres ne sont pas trop spacieuses. Seul bémol, j’avais des ampoules grillées dans la chambre dont j’ai demandé à plusieurs reprises le remplacement, mais en vain.

well positionned hotel in Lubumbashi. Close to Golf course (nice place for drinks and lunch/diner). Quite aging hotel but fine. Nice and pleasant staff. Room not always prepares to European standard and demand not always met but general a good place to stay.

On each level, all room- corridors have carpet to avoid as much as possible noice. Maybe it was more in the public areas where indeed the floor is covered with tiles. Really good stay!
I thoroughly enjoyed my stay at the hotel. It was really clean, unfortunately I did have the problem of ants in the room but the hotel was really quick to respond to the situation when they learnt of it. The breakfast was really good with a nice range of food and service overall was very attentive. I would stay here again.
