A wonderful hotel
A wonderful hotel, friendly and helpful staff, delicious breakfast. The hotel has the perfect location, close to all the major sights in town. Rooms are great, very comfortable My friend discovered that he had left his cell phone at the hotel, and our train was leaving in about 15 minutes. I called the hotel, and they found it in his room. A hotel employee got on her bike, rode to the hotel, and delivered it just a few minutes before the train left. I can't imagine any better service than that.

Very cute and renovated hotel. Facilities were clean and well maintained, bathroom was new. Staff was friendly and helpful., and the location was perfect. The size of the room was just enough for me and my husband. The best part was the location- was very good. No hot meal for the breakfast, but with variety. Did enjoy staying there.

Location location location. Really helpful staff but be ready for small spartan accommodations. No frills but everything you need in right place.

A delightful boutique hotel
A delightful small hotel in the center of the old town. Exceptional staff. The rooms are spotless and the breakfast is excellent.

Nice place, nice people
Nice place, nothing extraordinary. Staff was very nice and friendly. Internet was slow 7 down, 1.5 up. Parking is close in a public garage.

Hotel was fine. City not so much.
Lübeck as a city leaves a lot to be desired. It was filled with grafitti and ruined buildings. Boarded up business and drunk bums all over. The people were rather Bohemian, and seemed to fit in to the cityscape. Certainly not as polished and clean as southern German cities of the same size.

Hyggeligt lille hotel i hjertet af Lübeck. Fantastisk service, meget venligt personale og lækker morgenbuffet. 1 minuts gang fra gågade og julemarkeder - det bliver ikke mere centralt.

Kleines, nettes Hotel mit sehr freundlichen Mitarbeiterinnen. Das Hotel liegt sehr zentral, hat aber keine eigenen Parkplätze. Die Kirche gegenüber läutet ein paar mal in der Stunde, dass sollte man bedenken. Gerade im Sommer, wenn man mit offenem Fenster schläft.

I can recommend this hotel!
I was positively surprised at the hotel. A rather simple hotel, but great location and good service. The breakfast was much better than expected.

Ein sehr schönes Hotel. Zuvorkommendes, nettes Personal. Sauberes Zimmer und ein leckeres, hochwertiges Frühstück. Zudem eine einmalige Lage in der Altstadt. Wir kommen gerne wieder.
