  • Your family will be close to everything when you stay at this centrally-located and newly remodeled 5 bedroom & 2 1/2 bathroom home. This spacious home is located across the street from an elementary school with a playground and just a few blocks away from Texas Tech's Greek Circle. Each room has a smart tv & super fast WiFi!

    This beautiful split level home has a bedroom with a king bed, 1/2 bath, sitting area, and a laundry room on the ground floor. The living room, kitchen, and dinning room are half a flight of stairs up and on the second floor. Up another half flight of stairs you will find 4 bedrooms, including the master, along with 2 full bathrooms.

    You will have access to the entire property except for the garage.

Very Enjoyable Stay

We had a very nice stay at this property. The owner/ manager of the property was very accommodating from booking u til the day we left. All things positive about the property and the experience. Would recommend this property to anyone visiting the area.

Awesome House

It was clean and very conveniently located to Texas Tech, very roomy as well, Kids liked it better than our house, lol. We will be back in May!

Bachelor trip

We had a big party and everyone had a spot to sleep. Really comfortable and fit all of us well. Would definitely recommend this place and host to others in the future!

Home away from Home

Trent was very flexible with checking in, I booked this for my mom and her siblings. They loved everything about it. My mom felt right at home and loved being able to share it with her family.

Good for a big group

We had 7 adults and the house had plenty of room. The location was very convenient to the United Supermarket Arena for graduation. Owner was very responsive and there was plenty of parking if you have multiple vehicles. We enjoyed our stay.

Perfect location, super nice remodel. Perfect for us... the only thing i would like to see would be some kind of dresser in the bedrooms, and more hangers.... But that is me being super picky.

Rush of memories

I was delighted to find that the property my family was to stay at was located in the neighborhood in which I grew up. In fact it overlooks my old elementary school. The property was very nicely decorated and was well suited for the seven of us who stayed there. The neighborhood was very quiet and peaceful with little traffic. If there were one thing I felt was a little odd it was the fact that there is no closet space in the downstairs bedroom. Overall, I was very pleased with our stay and would definitely recommend this property.

Fantastic property

This is a fantastic property and Trent has done a great job of thoughtfully optimizing it as a rental, which includes providing everything we needed for a happy and comfy stay. Two points of advice: I loved the beds, but some in my party thought the mattresses were too firm. So be aware if you’re sensitive to that. Be sure to take in all your valuables and lock your vehicles.

Great stop on road trip

3 families stopping through for a good nights sleep. Clean, easy to access, plenty of beds, great living area to unwind and watch a movie. Would definitely stay again.

Staycation

It was a great staycation with family and friends. Very quiet neighborhood. There's a TV in each room where you can relax in bed while watching movies. There's a Hulu and Netflix that you can access which I find it rare in most of my getaway venues. Overall it is a great place to stay.
