We were in town for a graduation and could not find a hotel other than here. The room was dirty and the pillows had blood stains on a couple of them. We called the front desk for a replacement and they said they did not have any and could provide a new pillow cover. We asked for a refund and left. The manager was friendly and cooperated with our request for a refund.

William we apologize for your unusual experience. Our staff at the time did the best they could with what provided but I agree that wasn’t sufficient. Your room cleanliness was the opposite of all other reviews we received from the same weekend. It was our most complemented feature, so I apologize your room was not. Furthermore when we issued you a full refund with no questions we had hoped you wouldn’t take the chance so sink our review rating, since you did not stay or pay. I apologize for your experience and would love to speak to you further. Please call our front desk at your convenience.

Although our stay was very brief, I highly recommend this property. The staff was very kind and helpful. The place was very clean. There were many dining options and stores nearby. Thank you so much for such a pleasant time.

I was not able to stay here. The door would not lock properly. It’s a motel, but it was pretty clean inside. So even though I couldn’t stay, I would say if they fixed the doors, it would be an okay place to stay

Great motel
It was a great motel for the price. Very clean and the staff was awesome. Fast check in with no problems. Only thing is I would charge less if no breakfast.

Ashley, Thank you for your stay and great review. We keep our prices low enough 24/7/365 compared to the other guys in town that you can buy whatever breakfast in town you want and still save money. Fresh, scratch made bakery located on site just feet from your room. But I understand what you mean.

Good Stay
Old motel that has been upgraded, painted, with new towels and bed linens. Had to jiggle the key to get in the door, but overall worth the money. Near college, grocery store and cafes.

Older hotel but very clean. Worth the stay..
Very clean hotel, Our bathroom door was broken and had a huge crack down the middle. Other then that room was good, a bit older and old school hotel but great for us just for the night. Would recommend this hotel tp anyone passing through.

Friday nite without TV in our room
We moved between 2 rooms 3 times trying to find a TV the worked. Never did find one, the Mgr offered to give us our money back and tried to be helpful, but the cable just sucked. We were tried after driving all day, didn't know where else to go so just stayed there. Not a very good situation,

Phyllis, as we stated we offered to give your money back because the cable company was having a system wide outage AND IT WAS OUT OF OUR HANDS. A FULL REFUND DID NOT SATISFY YOU FOR A PROBLEM THE CABLE COMPANY CREATED SO WE HOPE YOU FEEL COMFORTABLE LEAVING SUCH A REVIEW. Safe travels!

I loved the closeness to places to eat and the main road. Had a little trouble getting in the door. The manager helped and all was good. Outside could use a little clean up but other than that the room was worth the price.

I stay in Levelland a few times a year. This was the first time at the motel. It was clean and house keeping cleaned every day which is rare to find anymore. This hotel was half the price of Best Western or Holiday Inn which is why I chose it this time. It doesn’t have all the amenities (I didn’t expect it too) but it is clean and a very good value. This will be my go to place going forward. Thank you!

Had a little trouble with the old style door lock using an actual metal key rather than the key card system but the property has been refurbished and is clean. Priced well for a small town motel for a night here and there.

The air conditioner was too noisy and inefficient so you either were to hot or to cold and would wake you up every time it came on. The bed was very uncomfortable and though we paid for two nights we only stayed the one night. We should have gone with the Holiday Inn Express.
