Paradise on the Adriatic Sea

My family and I cannot say enough how much we enjoyed our stay in Dubrovnik, and so much of that is due the beautiful home on the Adriatic Sea! The home was exceptionally well-appointed, beautifully landscaped, with a pool overlooking the sea. The owner was so easy to work with, and was especially good at communicating. The Property Manager, Marina, prepared delicious breakfasts as requested (for a nominal charge), and was so responsive to our questions and needs. Loved every second of our stay on the sea!

Great place for big groups

We had a wonderful stay in Lozica! It was a great place for me and my adult siblings to hang out, relax, and swim our hearts out. We were able to go into Old Town and see the sites, but allow some time for Ubers as it took a little while for them to confirm the trips (but it was only 10-15 minutes once you were in the car!) Lucija and Marina were incredibly responsive throughout our stay and we were very sad to leave. Highly recommend for your trip to Dubrovnik!

Wonderful Villa

We loved our stay at the villa, the house is as you see online and the views are even more beautiful! Be prepared to do some stairs, it’s cliff side so there are many stairs from the sea to the road!

Great views & times by the Dalmatian Coast!

Great property right on the coast, 5 minutes from Gruž (which has a decent supermarket). The kitchen is extremely well equipped and the bedrooms all have strong air conditioning. The pool and outside areas all have great views of the coastline just north of Dubrovnik. The property is on the main road however the property itself is down the hill so is very quiet (There are quite a few steps down and up!). The property is 5 minutes south of Mali Zaton which also has some super restaurants and places to swim. The property is recommended! We were two families with 4 children ranging from 6-17.

Charming Seaside Villa

This property is absolutely amazing! The location offers fantastic seafront panoramic views. The pool and the private sea access allow for plenty of opportunities for swimming and cooling off on a hot sunny day. The property is secluded and offers a lot of privacy, but yet it is a very short drive to the Old Town of Dubrovnik and other local attractions and sightseeing opportunities. The property had a lot of character and offered a perfect blend of traditional local architecture and modern amenities. There is even a private wine cellar on the property. The host is very accommodating and welcoming and kept in touch with us daily during our stay and assured we were taken care of. The property keepers were also available daily and kept the property clean and tidy. Highly recommended!

Great location, beautiful view, very comfortable

We had a group of six adults (ages 25-78 years) and we ALL had a fabulous time. The pool was clean as was the house. Lots and lots of room, nice A/C, fast WiFi, fully equipped kitchen. The host and the house manager were extremely responsive. Thank you for a wonderful family vacation.

A perfect week

I have just got back from a wonderful week at Villa Luce. Dubrovnik is a wonderful city and Villa Luce is a perfect place to stay when visiting. The pictures on the site are accurate, the sunsets are amazing and the ability to wake up in the morning, walk down the steps and dive into the sea makes this place really special. All of the practical stuff worked well, the villa was clean, the check-in was easy, no complaints !! We did not have a car, we used UBER, which was fine. We will certainly come back again in the future.

Great holiday

It was a fantastic family holiday in this beautiful villa. The location of the villa was one of the best. The communication with Lucija was easy and prompt, she is a clever negotiator. The summer kitchen is great. The pool is deep enough and clean and warm. The view from any corner of this villa is beautiful. Thera are 200 steps form the upper gate to the sea, but this was not a problem. There is smart TV in the upper living room, where you can watch your favourite sport or other TV channels. The sea was warm and you can feel all the time that you are at unique location. Great villa, good communication with the owner, fantastic holiday.

Lovely villa on the sea

This place was terrific with the most spectacular sunset views from the deck. This place will not disappoint you. Lovely place, well equipped even comes with a wine cellar. I will never forget the views, amazing.

Stunning Waterfront Property

We truly enjoyed our stay. Amazing sunsets while watching the boats go by. Close enough to enjoy Dubrovnik but far enough to be private and peaceful. Lucija was a very good hostess and everything was as promised. Definitely recommend.

We loved our stay in the villa of Lucija. Its an old property but very clean and nice. The view and the connect with the ocean was the best. You can just jump in the Water whenever feel to it. We cooked Breakfast and then went for Zaton or Dubrovnik for dinner. Will come back :)

Lovely Villa in a Fantastic Location

We stayed as a family of 8 for 6 days at the villa. The villa was lovely, the host welcoming and informative and the views were stunning. The villa was clean and tidy, but maybe a little tired in places. Although on a busy road, it was peaceful, as the villa is set down from the road next to the sea. There are a lot of steps - 95 from the road to the villa front door and then down more to the pool and sea. Slightly unusual layout - the 2 floors are only joined by external stairs. Upper floor has 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, kitchen and lounge. Lower floor has 3 bedrooms but only 1 bathroom. Overall a great villa for a large family such as ours - comfy beds, good showers and air con. The pool was lovely and private access to the sea was great. We really enjoyed watching the boats and cruise ships going past on their way into Dubrovnik Port. Supermarket at the Port about 10 min drive away. We used Uber to and from town in the evenings, worked really well, costs about £10 each way, much cheaper than regular taxis or parking in town.
