"Wonderful apartment with all the space you could ever need. Beautiful surroundings and very attentive staff. Good location especially If you rent a car to get you the few miles to Maho village or indeed anywhere on the island. Only drawback were catching a few cockroaches. "

"Oh my goodness, this place is awesome. It is the best vacation rental we have ever had. The kitchen is equipped so well. I didn't want for any cooking utensil, skillet, or pan. I highly, highly recommend this place. And, Carlos, our host was amazing. We did not have to contact him once during our 8 day stay. If we return to the island this is the place we will stay at. And, I advise anyone staying here to frequent Fat Tony's for food. They are also amazing, so friendly. "

They thought of everything, beach towels, makeup towels, beach chairs and ample bath towels (women used a lot of them). "The property was comfortable, clean and in a wonderful location. Just a staircase down to Cupecoy Beach, a five minute walk to Mullet Bay beach. A supermarket and French bakery are within walking distance too. A few minute drive to Simpson Bay and tons of restaurants. Workout facility is dated, and everything else was terrific. "

"This was such a beautiful place right on the water and so close to town and many restaurants. 10/10 I’d stay here again. It was my honeymoon and of course I got sick but the 5 days we were here was absolutely wonderful. Romez was awesome as well always a text away if we needed anything. "We were not sure what area to stay and decided on this location and unit, it was a great decision. You are not only right near the beach for this unit but it is easy location to get to french side attractions and airport, etc. unit was a great layout for three couples, very spacious."
