Not so close and a bit runned down

"Bed was too small and extremely hard. I was greeted by a wonderful helpful lady called Maya and thanks to her the stay was a bit more pleasant, but hotel is very runned down and noisy."

"Unfortunately our booked apartment accommodation was unavailable due to a gas leak. However, we were moved to a nice double room and given free breakfast to make up for this.
