  • The Overlook is a first-floor apartment in a beautiful Victorian property directly opposite the beach in the Kirkley area of Lowestoft in Suffolk.

    This newly refurbished 2 bedroom property is a perfect retreat for families or groups of friends, offering a balcony and stunning views of our blue flag beach.

    Lowestoft is the most eastern part of the United Kingdom and offers plenty of things to do locally as well as a convenient base to explore the beautiful scenery of Suffolk and Norfolk.

    No Hen or Stag Parties please.

Lovely, clean, comfortable place. The towels and bedding smelled amazing! We are really going to miss that view.Everything we needed and more, perfect location for eating, drinking and of course the beach.Stephen was a perfect host.We will definitely be returning…

What an amazing flat! The view from the front window is absolute amazing. A wonderful apartment with everything you need for a super sea side stay. Right on the sea front at the posh end of Lowestoft opposite a super cafe and round the corner from shops - including a great knitting shop! Ideal for Park Run too. It was really hot when we stayed but the flat was really cool and there was a lovely cross breeze through the flat. Highly recommended with a helpful host!

The apartment was excellent. Well equipped, very clean, good location with fabulous views. Communication with Steve was fantastic, helpful and responded quickly. A great few days thank you.

Gorgeous apartment. Living room view was second to none, uninterrupted of the sea. Great bedrooms. Kitchen which was modern and Living/dining area were both spacious. Bathroom too was beautiful with shower over bath 👌 Our only bugbear was loo seat which was loose, it didn't seem to have been attached properly, a bit off centre could be easily remedied though, for sure. Overall we had a fantastic stay, we will definitely be staying again. Thank you to Steve, our host for comms with info and "what to do" very helpful.

We have just returned from a 2 night stay at the apartment and what a beautiful place it is. Really tastefully decorated and the view was stunning! We never shut the curtains so we could enjoy It day and night! The whole place was spotless and well equipped with everything we needed including lovely clean and soft towels and bedding. Steve the host was always at hand answering our questions about where to eat out and parking and he was a fabulous host to deal with. Parking was available as street parking directly below the apartment and we never struggled to find somewhere to park even during the Easter holidays. The apartment itself was in a great location to explore the Norfolk coast. Highly recommend a trip further North to Horsey Gap to see the seals. It was fabulous seeing them up close! We would definitely come back and stay at the apartment again one day. Thank you Steve!
