There are a lot of interesting touches - especially the books.The kitchen is completely equipped. Some of the electronics/switches take some getting used to but nothing that can't be figured out. "

"We stayed here for Presiden't day weekend and it was really great - you can not beat the location, right on the beach and close to downtown Montecito. You can also walk to the Rosewood, which is just gorgeous. We got a day pass for the pool one day and walked down from the bungalow. The only critique I would have is get rid of the 1-ply toilet paper! For a place this nice (and expensive) I would appreciate a nicer toilet paper experience ;) We will definitely come back!"

"We loved the house and yard. Suggested improvements could be a privacy fence by neighbors doing construction. The shower seemed to have a sulfur smell that was strong.But overall we had a great time!"
