Staff was good. Very pleasant. Room was clean with very small bathroom. Breakfast was continental, so no hot food other than waffles. The hotel does not have an elevator so must climb at least one floor of 14 stairs unless you are on the main level.

There are A LOT of stairs at this property so if you've got a large rolling suitcase it's not ideal. Check in was very rushed and then I got a follow up phone call hours later because he'd failed to add my pet fee to the room even though I'd noted having a pet on my reservation and sent a follow ...
