THIS MAKE YOU THE PRIMARY GUEST AND THE PERSON IN CHARGE AND THE LIABLE ONE. ON the SECOND DAY OF YOUR STAY, YOU BRING IN AN EXTRA 5 PERSONS. WE GAVE YOU TWO KEYS BECAUSE FOR 4 PERSON ORIGINAL THAT WAS BOOKED. YOUR 5 EXTRA PERSON YOU BRING OUTSIDE OF YOUR BOOKING, WHICH means THEY ARE YOUR GUEST. YOUR GUESTS SHOULD UNDERSTAND TO COORDINATE WITH YOU BECAUSE THEY ARE UNDER YOUR NAME AND THE LIABILITY IS ON YOU ONLY. THINK ABOUT IT DO YOU WANT TO BE LIABLE FOR 10 KEYS UNDER YOUR NAME.? ASKING FOR 10 KEYS FOR YOUR GUEST THAT YOU BROUGHT IN MIDDLE OF YOUR STAY IS NOT REASONABLE AND WE WOULD NEED MORE TIME TO MAKE COPIES AND IT NEED TO BOOK ON THE ORIGINAL BOOKING RESERVATION, I DID WHAT I CAN AT A SHORT TIME TO HELP YOU SAVE MONEY, BUT I AM SORRY THAT YOU DID NOT THINK ABOUT THAT, PLEASE KNOW I WOULD do MORE IF I COULD, AS FOR CLEANING ALL GUEST NEED TO CLEAN AFTER ONE SELF RIGHT AWAY BECUASE MY CLEANING IS STAND THERE BECAUSE I T IS PRIVATE SUIT. THERE ARE TWO BATHROOMS ON DIFFERENT LEVEL . BECAUSE OF YOU, WE WILL TAKE OUT ONE BATHROOM SO NO MORE MISUNDERSTANDING.. OR MISINTERPRETATION. The CONCIERGE THAT I ASSIGN FOR YOU, IS A PERSON, HE NEEDS REASONABLE AMOUNT OF TIME TO GET TO YOU AND YOUR TEAM. YOU RENTING OUT A SHORT TERM VACATION HOME WITH ROOM AND EVERYTHING IN IT. IN THIS CASE, I GOT YOU AN EXTRA HELPER FOR FREE BUT HE needs SOMETIME TO GET TO YOU. HOW DO YOU NOT EVEN THANK HIM TO HELP YOU BUT GOT ANGRY BECAUSE of YOUR FRIEND LOCK HIMSELF OUT AND YOU COULDN'T GET TO HIM ON HIM. THIS IS SEEM UNFAIR THAT YOU TAKE OUT ON US. I HAVE HOST YOU, HELP YOU, AND WORK WITH EVERYTHING THAT YOU ASKED FOR. I RESPOND TO ALL YOUR MESSAGES ON THE PHONE AND HomeAway APP. WITHIN MINUIT. I HAVE A CLEANER ON-SITE AT YOUR FINGERTIPS, YOU WERE NOT HAPPY. I AM TRYING MY BEST THAT I CAN AND I AM SORRY THAT IT IS STILL NOT ENOUGH, AND THERE ARE RULES THAT MEANT TO BE FOLLOW PLEASE DO READ, MY CONCIERGE WAS KIND TO YOU BY NOT LET ME KNOWS SO I GAVE YOU AN EXCELLENT REVIEW BY MISTAKE. Awesome guest, they came with a breeze, so fast and left the place clean.. I follow up them to see if they need something else .. They say no, it was great!!
