Listing has incorrect information about keyed access. When correct information was shared, the coordinator did not actually do as expected - deliver the code for the door. I emailed and left a voicemail and ended up asking for help in the Spirits store. I did get the correct information at that point - but it was very awkward.
At 11pm the actual coordinator texted me and said she “hoped everything worked out to get checked in” she was busy with a birthday party. Check in was at 3. So 8 hours later the person whose job it was to give me a door code reaches out?!?!
Stairs leading to the 3rd floor are little better than a ladder - extremely steep and wooden with the treads barely being 7 inches? The stairwell stinks.
The room was generally as pictured.
There was no extra anything - no extra towels (there were 2 total), no bath mat outside the shower, no extra blanket, bedding was worn, and no spoons in the utensils. The “treat basket” (which is a nice touch… when done well) has 2 sleeves of peanuts - and it could hold about 20 so just looked pathetic.
The bed itself was uncomfortable.
There was open food in the cupboard.
The oven was on when we arrived and so the room smelled of natural gas.
The coffee pot did not work.
The AC was extremely loud and barely worked - which may explain the thin bedding…? The AC unit on our second night started making extremely loud noises but not actually blowing air.
I would not recommend if you have breathing issues or mobility concerns.
