"We had a fantastic time staying at this property! There were 7 of us and we all fit comfortably. The hill getting up to the property was steep, but it was the summer so there were no issues in a typical car. The views from the deck were awesome, we sat out there often enjoying a meal or morning coffee. "The cabin was clean, and the air conditioning great. It rained but the covered deck made it possible to sit outside and relish in the beautiful views of the river. We saw an eagle fly overhead and land in a tree across the river. Was quite surprised that there wasn't more wildlife. Spiders (brown recluse and others) and wasps were a bit of a nuisance, the deck and outside area could use a good sweeping. "Was looking for a cabin that was away from all the noise on the 4th of July. Heard a little bit of noise off in the distance but barely. Definitely more of a hunting lodge, with nice tree stands close by. The beds having no frame is a little uncomfy but all in all was a great stay If you are looking to get away in the middle of nowhere."

"We had a 4 person motorcycle trip, and this particular venue worked perfect. Right off HWY 7 with ample, flat parking, and quick access to the rooms. The option to add rooms within the same complex was very nice. There was also two fans available in the laundry room to dry out our gear after the long wet ride, and it was much appreciated. Great host, and great location."

"I cannot say enough good things about this property, from first impression to the time we left! What an adorable house, so tastefully decorated and immaculately clean. The three bedrooms were perfect for my elderly father, me, and my sister and her husband. The neighborhood was very nice and so close to our destination of Valley Gem sternwheeler riverboat cruise which I also highly recommend!"

"This was a very spacious apartment with windows and full deck access from both the main room and the bedroom. The unit was clean and well-appointed with a large kitchen and main room. It is a short walk to restaurants and about a mile to the charming downtown. The host was very responsive when I reached out. This is one of the nicest VRBOs I've stayed in and I will definitely choose this one again when I'm in the area."

Close to everything: restaurants, shopping, farmer's market, etc. The flat was well equipped for our long weekend stay, with a large kitchen, comfy beds, and a nice bathroom. I was especially thankful that the air conditioning worked so well, given that it was typical hot August weather. The owner was quick to respond and helpful when I had questions. I will definitely recommend to anyone staying in Marietta!"
