The original booking was for a cabin for 2 people with 1 double bed (as advertised) which was booked by the guest online. We did not make the booking so therefore the guest cannot blame any error on "poor communication". Upon arrival a cabin with additional beds was requested by the guest as there was going to be 3 occupants staying, not 2 as originally booked and it was explained by us to the guest what the additional charge would be which the guest agreed to. The guest was moved to another cabin later on that evening after a maintenance issue was reported. We apologise for the inconvenience caused to the guest however we can confirm that no other additional charges were made.
