Garbage & Recycling: Weekly garbage pickup is included at the end of each rental week (additional pickups for extended stays). Recyclables must be separated from trash. Any unbagged or improperly tied garbage may result in a $100 per bag/barrel fee (at the discretion of the garbage company).
Grill: Please clean the grill before departure. A $50 cleaning fee will apply if left dirty.

Please keep it/them off the furniture. Pet(s) must be included in reservation. -Pets must be on a leash when outside -No smoking inside the house or near open windows/doors - Do not litter (no trash, food or cigarette butts on the property) - Please treat this property like you were visiting a friend -If you use the grill, please clean it right after each use -No fire pits -No glass on the dock or beach sand -Bring propane if you are planning on using the grill -Starlink internet is available but has some gaps in coverage as satellites pass by.
JACUZZI RULES: -Enter jacuzzi at your own risk. Property owner not responsible for any injury -No children under 18 in the jacuzzi -No glass in the jacuzzi -Guests must clean feet and shower before entering the jacuzzi -If the jacuzzi is left excessively dirty or the jacuzzi rules are not followed an extra fee $150 will apply
