Perfect get-away
We had a great time. The place is located in a great spot to walk to restaurants and breweries. We were lucky to find one that allowed us to bring our dog too. The place was clean and had so much room. We had everything we needed. The little yard was a bonus.

First Trip to Loveland
We enjoyed our 5 nights in this condo between Christmas and New Years. Our 2 beagles LOVED the little outside fenced yard and knew it was just for them. The house has style and is unique and welcoming. The poinsettia was a nice touch. We enjoyed the comfortable king bed.

Lovely condo!
We just spent one night at the condo, but already know we will be back to explore Loveland. We stopped in on our way to Yellowstone/Grand Tetons and needed a 1/2 way stop. The condo was easy to find, super clean and had comfy beds. We were near a grocer and so many fun local spots to eat. Highly recommend. Great commutation with the owners too.

Yellowstone layover
Stopped here coming from Oklahoma going to Yellowstone for a couple days to break up the drive.It is in walking distance to lots of shops and eating places.It also was a short drive to Estes park where we went and enjoyed the day.I would stay here again if back in the area.

Perfect Weekend
3 girlfriends and I spent the weekend golfing at several beautiful local golf courses. The house was perfect for us. We did not have a need for preparing full meals so the utility kitchen was just enough for us to make tea and coffee and light snacks. The rooms were well appointed and the beds were very comfy. The living area was a cozy space to relax after a long day of golf and sunshine. Thank you so much for sharing your space with us!!

Weekend getaway
Great location, easily walk able to lots of restaurants and the fun downtown area. Literally right behind a Safeway - so convenient. Highly recommend! The master bedroom gets a little warm at night, but luckily Colorado is wonderful at night and we just had the windows open

Lovely and chic
It was very easy to settle in for one night with a baby and five adults. We were very comfortable and found everything that we needed to be here. Thank you! Also, beautiful decorating. The king size bedroom was a bit of a warmer room and an extra fan might help. Two sets of stairs were difficult for arthritic knees.

nice for the price
the owners were very nice BUT it is sooooo FAR AWAY FROM THE MOUNTAINS... dont think your by loveland ski area bc your NOT ... the town of loveland Colorado is 1.5 to 2 hour AWAY from the ski area dont make the same mistake we did... and the apartment is TINY ... you dont have a stovetop to cook on and you WILL blow the breaker coming on the hot plate they provide... 1 bathroom is not enuf for 8 of you!

Great place to stay close to anything you could need. Owners are very fast to reply and help with anything (salted an icy/snow area within minutes of messaging!). Even a fenced in area for your pup’s basic needs.

Just as described - worked well for our family of six + two dogs
The Property had lots of parking and was easy to get into with a keypad. The owners communicated well and there were no issues. As described it is not a full kitchen but there are two refrigerators and that was plenty for a one night stay. Despite the kitchens size it was very well equipped. One night stays on VRBO are a rare find and this one was great. We would stay here again!

Wonderful stay!
We could not have had a better stay in Loveland. Six of us slept comfortably and enjoyed walking to restaurants and brewery, as well as a day trip to Rocky Mountain National Park. It was a wonderful home base. At night we ate snacks ( the makeshift kitchen was just fine) and watched Netflix. Convenient to grab those snacks right next door at the grocery store. Thanks for a lovely stay!

Surprisingly Perfect
This place was a big wow for me and my family. Actually only stayed for one night and should of stayed longer. The home had everything we needed, clean, comfortable and actually very spacious. The kitchen is unique but super functional. Jacob and Nicole are excellent at communicating and were great hosts. A grocery store right was across the street and was perfect. We loved our stay.

Well-maintained, modern rooms. Shampoo, conditioner, soap, dishes, knives, toaster oven, box fan, a couple games, books - all necessities available. I am a lotion person, so do bring that if it matters to you. Felt safe and comfortable while there. Very convenient with Safeway next door. King bed very soft and cozy. Perfect for me, but my partner would have done better with something stiffer. Not a knock on the bed at all - everyone has different needs here. I wanted to stay there all day. We would recommend and stay again.

Perfect fit with everything we needed
Nicely updated home with private off street parking. Plenty of space for three of us and could have accommodated more. The mini kitchen was fine for us as we don’t really cook when traveling. Very comfortable beds. The gas fireplace is a nice touch in one bedroom. Nicole is very responsive, thanks! Would definitely stay again if in the area!

Having utlized the space here a few times now, it is such a pleasure to be able to come back again and again. The Property Managers are very gracious, helpful, and kind. Clean, comfortable condo near downtown Loveland
Our family spent a very nice couple of days at Christmas in this condo. There were five of us and everyone had a comfortable bed. The condo was spotlessly clean. I would highly recommend this place to anyone, just be aware there is a kitchenette, not a full kitchen, and one bathroom. The kitchenette, however, was very well equipped.

Perfect place to stay when visiting Estes Park or anywhere in the area
This home was perfect in fitting our needs of visiting the area. We were right in the middle of all the places we visited. Estes Park, Ft Collins, and Boulder were a quick ride away. The home had everything we needed and was spotless. Only drawback with home but did not affect our stay, is there is no stove but there was a micro wave and toaster oven. We went out to eat so again, was not an issue for us. We never met the owner but they responded promptly whenever we needed anything. Grocery store right across the street was perfect and Loveland has a small but nice downtown area that we visited for dinner one night plus a couple breweries in the area. We will definitely stay here in our next visit.

Beautiful, clean, perfect stay!
Wonderful property! This was the first time my parent's had a VRBO experience and definitely wanted you to know how much they loved your home! All the rooms were beautifully decorated and we had everything we needed and very delightful beds! All was in excellent shape and perfect for our stay! Would definitely highly recommend and stay again. Also we did go to the brewery/breakfast place a few blocks away and all the entrees were delicious! Thanks again for having us!

Hidden treasure
This is a perfect little hideaway. Our family of 5 enjoyed the amenities and location. It is very close to many attractions. If you can't do stairs, this is not the place for you. It's very well decorated and the linens were soooo soft. The bedrooms are upstairs and the ceilings are high so we found it a little stuffy at night. We always travel with fans to sleep with, so that worked in our favor. The outdoor space was a nice bonus. The owners could not have been more gracious and we enjoyed chatting with them by happenstance. If you don't want to see them, you won't! A lovely landmark home with lots of character. The owners were prompt in replying to texts and were helpful in assisting us in finding dining. Can't say enough good things about their hospitality. The price is amazing for the number it sleeps. We had a few struggles with only one bathroom, but there's a Safeway nearby for emergencies and groceries too! :)

Worth going to Loveland!
We wanted to stay in Fort Collins but were swayed by the cute pictures and large size of this place. I am so glad we made the choice to stay here and I would definitely choose it again. Loveland is much cuter than we expected and the hosts pointed us to a great restaurant. They were wonderful to communicate with and the place was beautiful and clean. Our teenagers compared every other place we stayed on our trip and asked to come back here.

It's the little things
First, I'd like to say that Nicole is a responsive host. The beds are comfortable and the house has AC which is great during the day! At night we like to open windows but the adjacent street is quite noisy with cars driving by. Also, it's on the back side of a Safeway and you can hear stuff being thrown into the dumpster if the windows are open, so we kept them shut most of the time. The bedroom with the bunk is small and only has twin bunks. I didn't see this in the description and I thought it was a double size bunk bed (probably my mistake). If there are three couples, two get bedrooms and the other is on the pull-out couch in the living room. Just something to keep in mind ... The kitchenette is not very well equipped. One small pot and pan. If you want to whip up a can of soup or something, there's no can opener. No spatula. The wine bottle opener was broken. The keurig was broken, but there is a french press. Basically, plan on eating/drinking out. There's a coffee shop within walking distance.

Great Location and Condo
Great meet up place for three retired women from different parts of the US. Kitchen is an area of the living room, but perfectly adequate and had everything we needed in a compact space. The three bedrooms upstairs were great and allowed everyone privacy. The location is fabulous and walking distance to the historic area of Downtown Loveland with many good restaurants to choose from. We saw both sculpture gardens in Loveland and it is worth the trip just to see those gems.

Perfect for out stay!
