They do not clean your room for the 3 days I was there. My biggest gripe is that they charged my card on file for a fee they were supposed to charge Expedia for. I called twice about this and nothing was ever done to resolve this matter and refund me, exfoliation though I was told a manager would call me.

I discovered this property 3 months ago. Indrive 3 1/2 hours thru mountains from Wyoming to DIA. Decided to stay in Loveland and drive 1 hr. Discovered this gem...Stayed 3 times now. 1st 2 times perfect and put me on 3rd floor. Last night was put next to elevator and room ne t door had tv blaring. Couldnt sleep so not as high of rating this time. Staff Always friendly and rooms clean

We arrived around 8:00PM and no one was at the front desk and no buzzer. It took awhile for someone to come to the desk to check us in. The shower was not hot and the breakfast was cold 2 days out of 3. They do not clean the rooms during your stay, so the garbage can pile up. The staff was very friendly.

We loved Simone, I hope I spelled that right. Whenever we needed help she was extremely attentive and helpful. She was very kind and she made our stressful trip much easier! She’s a gem, keep that woman on staff. The pool was awesome and hot tub was perfect. The restaurant next door has amazing food. The room was good. It’s a great location and fairly priced.

My room has not been cleaned for my whole stay even though every morning I requested it to be. On the 3rd day my room was entered by unknown individual and suitcase forced open and damaged even though no one cleaned my room. Complaint in my experience was more of management putting on a show. My colleague from their rooms was also not cleaned.

Breakfast was basic, property could use some updating in the pool area as there are rusty vents and what looks to be black mold or some kind of black stains on hot tubs grouting. I enjoyed the Mountain View at sunrise. Not bad for one night.

I can't think of anything I did not like about my stay everything was amazing Megan was a super helpful and accommodating manager and everything that came to us the breakfast was amazing they even brought us some Aleve for my girlfriend who had a headache I was very impressed with what I found here and I will definitely come back again I would recommend this to anyone

When we checked in they gave us a room that hadn’t been cleaned, then gave us a room that the key didn’t work. Finally 40 minutes later we got a room where the bed sqeaked and the toilet ran constantly. The guy at the desk was totally inept. Said he couldn’t see our reservation which should have been a king room. I would like a refund but he didn’t even know how to do that. How this property got a very good rating on your website is a total mystery.

The perfect stay
Everything was perfect they had gopd breakfast work out room hot tub and pool. Rooms are clean and smelled good. We would stay here again!

The staff would not allow our daughter to check in stating that they did not feel right about letting her stay there. They. were very rude to her. When we arrived, the staff was unprofessional and would not give us a satisfactory reason for not allowing her to stay. We will never use this hotel and will advise our neighbors and friends to avoid this hotel (we have lived in the area for over 40 years!)

This reservation was under their daughter's name. Their daughter was going to stay at our location do to detoxing off of drugs. She did not have proper ID and so we refused service. She then called her parents and was screaming on the phone with them to hurry up there that we were not going to let her stay with us. I told the girl she would need to contact Expedia to get reimbursed since it was pre paid. Parents came in and demanded an explanation. I advised that they were not the account hold and I could not disclose that information, that I explained everything to the account hold and they can get that information from her, if she chooses to give that to them. The father then asked to use our restroom and I stated he needed to be a guest and he then stated he would use our parking lot as a restroom. I then demanded that they left immediately.

Nice stay, great view
This La Quinta is cleaner than a couple others i have stayed at recently. Perk was they had bacon for breakfast! The room was comfortable, beds were ok. The problems we did encounter was the hot tub which was working.... was not very hot and the jets did not work. Pool was cold! The shower curtain was covered in somebody's hair, inside and out, and there was white pet hair on the bed skirt. But, overall it was a nice stay.

Find another Hotel…..
Staff is highly incompetent, to the point of not being above to figure out which room guests are in. Management here should be removed and replaced. This place is not at all worth the price of staying.

Crawly Things!
I was so grossed out when I seen rats on the ground floor coming out of the cart the lady used for morning food service!! Also. I now am a prof carrier of bed bugs in my own home after picking them up on my stay here. I have sores all over my torso from bites I received at this hotel. Don’t recommend this place at all!!
