Beautiful visit from Washington State

This was one of the most amazing VRBO properties we have visited yet. It was exactly as advertised, and so completely comfortable. We had a fabulous long weekend in town for a wedding and it was just beautiful. We enjoyed a movie on the patio and coffee in the morning watching the horses, ducks, and geese. There were just four of us and communication with the host was excellent. The only downside was we wanted to invite a couple of the families we hadn’t seen for a few years for dinner, they were all admiring the beautiful property on my Snapchat. The contract states under no circumstances are unregistered guests allowed on the property. At the same time, I do understand that some may take advantage. We did love staying at this amazing property and hope to come back again!

Lovely

Our stay was absolutely lovely. We enjoyed the house it was very clean and comfortable. We enjoyed spending some family time in the kitchen playing card games and laughing with our children. We really enjoyed the walks to the farm and spending time with the animals. There was a lot for us to do in the area we checked out the Loveland Castle, antique shopped, ate donuts and went to the Newport aquarium. We will be back.

Beautiful Atmosphere, the farm animals and Pepper were a real treat!

The property is beautiful, it was very clean and comfortable. The amenities including the grill, outdoor areas, and overall serenity of the animals were a real treat. The downstairs game room was pretty cool also. The place was comfortable and very clean. The only issue we had was the internet but they couldn't control that, the router just went bad but we managed with hot spots. The place was a true retreat and would recommend it for any business trips or family retreats. We'll definitely be back.

A Spectacular Home!

Wow - what a gem to find and spend time in! This house is gorgeous but what makes it really special are all the thoughtful touches that make your stay so very comfortable. They thought of everything - from welcome kits and soft towels to the well appointed bathrooms and kitchen. It's just a wonderful property! Thank you - we look forward to visiting again soon!

Perfect Peaceful Getaway

I can't say enough good things about this property and experience. The house is beautiful, clean and meticulously well stocked. The back porch overlooking the farm and animals is so peaceful and such a relaxing way to start the day. My kids loved watching the animals from the house and also walking up to the farm. The photo book of all the animals and their names was such a great touch. They had a pack n' play & booster seat available for babies/toddlers. The communication with the management/owners was easy & very responsive. We hope to have the opportunity to return!

Great location

Really liked that it was a little less than 30 minutes from the Zoo, Museums, Newport Aquarium and other downtown attractions. The nearby town of Loveland and being close to Starbucks and a grocery store was nice and convenient as well!

Beautiful home with pleasant setting

The patio and kitchen is the best part of the property. The beds are very comfortable. The three bathrooms with showers is a plus as is the two sets of washers and dryers. It was a perfect setting for our family get together. The only negative is the property is on a very busy road and although the hot tub was very nice, it was a little smelly so we chose not to use it for the complete stay.

Beautiful property in a lovely area of greater Cincinnati

Before we even arrived, our dealings with the property owners were very prompt, professional, and reassuring. Instructions for staying in the home were clear and helpful. The house is beautiful and spacious and fit our needs well. We had seven people staying in the four bedrooms, and everyone was comfortable and happy. We were especially delighted by the farm and animals on the large estate behind the house; it felt like we were in our own world, apart from the rest of the city. The town of Loveland was equally charming and picturesque. Overall, it was a very positive experience and really contributed to the fun time we had on our trip to the Cincinnati area.

Relaxing

We enjoyed staying at this property. It was roomy, relaxing and clean. The horses, donkeys and ducks visited us while we had our coffee on the patio. My brother and sister in-law visited the barn and was impressed with all the animals. We were surprised that the town of Loveland had gifts shops and so many nice eateries. Cincinnati, Outlet Mall and Jungle Jim's was very close to where we stayed. Lots to do in the area. Some family members took advantage of the bike trails. I highly recommend this house.

Old home feel

Older brick home with tons of charm. Awesome back patio with fireplace, with a view of ducks, pigs and horses throughout the day. Host left plenty of snacks for us to enjoy, and we had all the necessary supplies for our stay.

Best Outdoor Patio Experience Ever!

This was a last-minute rental for us .......a group of vaccinated adult females looking to share new receipts, fine wines and a roaring fire..........while solving the problems of the world. We were less than stellar at providing the final guest list, but the Staff was more than patient. Many thanks!! Arrived on Saturday and kept that huge fireplace going until bedtime Sunday night. Plenty of seating and throws to bundle up against the evening chill and the grill is awesome (follow directions explicitly because it truly does not flame). Kitchen and dining room spacious and living room comfy. We really enjoyed the property and wildlife that wondered down to visit us throughout Sunday. The only reason we couldn't give this experience 5 stars is that we had a housekeeping issue with the Master Bedroom that was needed for only the last night. It was discovered well after 10PM and we didn't want to disturb staff that late so they slept on the 2 couches on the first floor. Not ideal accommodations, but Management did issue a credit for one of the $77.00 extra persons fee. We're going to try the Cabin next time!

Girls Spa Weekend

We enjoyed our stay at Branch Hill Estate. The home was as described, very clean and well stocked. We loved the character of the house which had plenty of room to sit and enjoy each others company. The patio was inviting with beautiful fireplace, lounge furniture and hot tub, just a little to chilly to enjoy during our stay. We enjoyed a walk to visit the friendly farm animals. Great location close to shopping, spa and restaurants. Would definitely recommend this home and hope to return in the future .

Elegance, Hospitality, and Charm

Our family had a marvelous experience at Branch Hill Manor House. It is a beautiful home connected to a wonderful farm that is a lovely walk from the house. Amenities and hospitality were everywhere, from welcome gifts on each bed, to snacks, coffee and other goodies in the kitchen, including fresh eggs from the aforementioned farm. There are toys and games available in a den space ( for little children) and in the basement with games for older kids and grownups. Just a wonderful experience. The farm with beautiful horses, donkeys, llamas, emus, chickens, etc. was great for our granddaughter and us. A lovely weekend and location!

Weekend getaway

Had a nice time snowed in at this home. It was perfect for our party of 7 with littles ages 1-3. Plenty of room for them to run and play inside. Kitchen area was great and we utilized the fireplace inside which was relaxing. We’re looking forward to coming back in the spring to be able to enjoy the beautiful patio and get to see the farm animals
