Darling cottage on the Loveland bike trail, just 8 minutes from where we lived for over 30 years! Close to our grandchildren which we were thankful due to a big snow storm and single digit temperatures upon arrival. Even though our grandchildren and dinner were brought to us, the area has many wonderful restaurants and things to do. Thankful we were able to check in a little early since the roads were getting bad! We did encounter a mouse many times the last night we were there!

Not what was expected

This property is on a flood plain. Dehumidifier is loud and runs on and off all day and night. Property has a well with low water pressure. Every bedroom has a 1 to 2 inch drop from living room floor. Bed was not comfortable and kitchen table has seen better days. There was no water view where property sits.

Great Location

Perfect place to spend spring days watching all the folks use the trail system. The town of Loveland is a easy walk from the home with a vibrant atmosphere.

Perfect Location

There are not enough superlatives to describe this home. Literally steps from the little Miami trail. Three separate lovely outdoor spaces to hang out/eat meals. Was so fun sitting there watching people go by on the trail. The house inside is beautiful and there were so many nice extra little touches Throughout the house. Super clean. Even a fancy LED board with scrolling information. Just a short walk on the trail to acute little town of Loveland. We only stayed two nights, but wish it had been longer as it was relaxing. We never even ventured down to the river but having private access from the rental is another major bonus. Highly highly recommend. We will definitely be telling our friends about this place and if ever in the area will stay here again for sure!

Comfortable and cute

We stayed here for a couple of nights while visiting family nearby. Everything was as described - clean, comfortable, and you could tell they really valued their customers - they left lots of goodies and treats for us and we really appreciated it. Would definitely stay here again!

Relaxing cottage

We had a great stay. Cottage was clean and well equipped. Everything worked great. The electronic message board on the wall was personalized and informative. Paved walking/ bike trail was within feet of patio. Very nice.

Guys Disc Golf Weekend

Great stay. Nice little walk to downtown Loveland with shops and restaurants. Fun watching people on bike and running trail. Many fun little surprise treats that made our stay better.

Amazing location and great outdoor space

The home is perfect for a relaxing weekend. We enjoyed the outdoor patio for drinks and then a short walk into the adorable downtown Loveland area. so many great restaurants to choose from and also enjoy the bike path. The check-in was great and the interactive tablet they have in the kitchen has all the information for a great stay. My family members were all planning to visit the area and rent the house in the future.

Location had mostly positive element ie:walking distance to town, scenic area,, bike path was right outside the patio door and was very busy, coffee shop and restaurants and candy store just down path. All in all we had a wonderful time and enjoyed our stay.

Great place by the River

This is a beautiful property right by the river and an extremely short drive to down town Loveland , enjoyed having the bike trail literally in the back yard. Would stay here again. The rules for the house are hardcore but understand since it is managed by a third party company.

Amazing Cottage!!

We have stayed here several times while visiting my son in Loveland. Beautiful cottage near the river and quaint downtown Loveland! The place is extremely clean and has many inviting qualities. You walk out the back sliding door and you are on the wonderful Bike Trail! You won’t be disappointed!

Cute place, nice location

Cute little place in a great location at the end of a quiet street. This place fit our needs perfectly as we were at an event in a nearby town. We are a family of three and it was big enough for us. It does have bunk beds in a third bedroom but that room is located off the main room with its only entry through the main bedroom. A little wonky, but it is an old house so layouts can be weird sometimes. As mentioned in other reviews, there are all sorts of rules about no visitors to the house allowed, security cameras in place, as well as other very specific regulations. Usually these things are in place because some jerk had a party and ruined stuff and disturbed the neighbors, but these rules are repeated again and again and again, all over the literature and contracts for the place, so much so, that it got annoying after awhile. None of them affected us and our stay, but if you are visiting friends or family, they might be a bit onerous as you can't have a friend over to sit by the fire pit and have a beer. Having said that, the place was great for our small family and our visit to the area.
