"AMAZING Thank You. Everything you need inside the caravan and outside. Has a lovely balcony to sit outside. Very close to all the funfair, beach, shops and the amusements. Has a little market up the road on a Saturday. Great communication with the owner. Very safe has card for barriers to get in and out the caravan park. Would definately recommend and would definately stay again. Once again Thank you"

"One space to park right on the corner of a round about so tight that one person cant get out. Got there and no key in the safe then had to go in the shop to get one. Finally got one and was tkld it wasnt the same apartment we booked as it had a leak. "If you need a place in Grimsby to stay, this place is about as ideal as you could hope for. Tucked away on a side street but located within a stones throw of Grimsby town centre, its ideally located. Clean and comfortable too with a communal kitchen for all guests to use - something you don't often see! Very well priced too! There was a little hiccup with the check-in process but in fairness, it was rectified very quickly so no complaints there. Overall, a definite recommend!"

"Was okay wanted some extra pillow and they got them delivered the same day which is good. Only issue I had was the photo of the bathroom shown on Expedia was actually one of the shared ones and the en suit was completely different. Thogun it has a lovely heated mirror with blue tooth. Just swipe your hand next too it and it comes on. "

"Booked through Expedia, easy booking, good communication. Nice little end terraced property suited us for the night. We was visiting family so only slept in property. Property was tidy, code was given on day, parking space available with permit left on table, beds comfy, powerful shower. Quite area, floorboards are loose which rattles the floor and wardrobes. Don't know about area. No teabags or milk so bring your own. Thank you for the stay much appreciated. "

"Will stay here again. No parking outside the property, but there is a car park which is to pay for. Everything you need in the apartment. Only downside was that there was a rancid smell coming from the kitchen , which made you feel sick. So sprayed perfume all over it. Wasn't enough forks to feed the three of us. Will be back again "
