Villa Waterfall
We had another great holiday in Villamoura. The villa was a slot smaller than in the pictures. The 3 main bedrooms are tiny and the beds and bedding cheap
an uncomfortable. The pool was dirt and hadn’t been cleaned. There were no cleaning products for floors, hot tubs, toilets etc so we had to buy everything, even BBQ tools. The cleaners cancelled late on the day they were supposed to arrive. The property manager Sónia was disinterested and didn’t arrange for the pool
or hot tub to be cleaned until we emailed Villamoura sales. Lots of the sun lougers have pereisehd in the sun and on the first evening my wife sat on one and it split immediately ( and she’s tiny).Despite all of this we had a lovely holiday, it’s just a shame that clearly everything is being managed in the cheap and there’s no excuse for cheap bedding and a poor cleaning service in a supposedly upmarket villa.
