It is located in the countryside near Loulé Centre where you find a wide variety of typical restaurants, wine shops, shops, cafes, marina, beaches (approximately 10 minutes drive to Loulé). It is also only about a 30 minutes drive away from Faro Airport. The nearest beach is 18 km away (in Vilamoura, Quinta do Lago, Ancão, Vale do Lobo). The location in the middle of western and eastern Algarve offers a peaceful and private atmosphere, ideal for a family holiday with beautiful nature and near the beaches.
The grounds are no less appealing than the inside of the villa, with an original covered well and an oak tree that guards the drive. There is a strip of lawn beside the veranda, where you will find one of the barbecues, a second one being situated on the terrace that surrounds the swimming pool. The private pool has a size of 9m x 5m and is 1.0m-1.9m deep (the owner takes care of it). The pool terrace is equipped with garden furniture, a sunshade and loungers. Barbecue area next to the pool. The property is fenced and therefore suitable for dogs.
The villa sleeps four people. It features two bedrooms: one is furnished with a double bed and the other has two single beds (can be pushed together to make a double bed). There are two bathrooms with a shower, wash basin and toilet. A splendidly unique lounge was once an stable, the dining room next door has an attractive low timber ceiling and a corner chimney and the kitchen is well equipped. The pretty twin bedroom with air-conditioning has wooden beams and a countryside view whilst the tastefully furnished double bedroom faces the swimming pool. The double bedroom has air-conditioning as well, and a spectacular view to the swimming pool. Towels and linen are provided. Wifi internet and Smart TV are also free of charge.
There are many pedestrian trails around the villa, water route and fountains. The beach is about 18 km away (15 minutes drive). The beach is accessible and has parking. The town centre of Loulé with its restaurants, hypermarkets, supermarkets and a pharmacy is approximately 8 km away (10 minutes drive). Very good restaurants with traditional food 3 km away (6 minutes drive) and delightful landscape views.
Please note that due to the countryside location a car hire is essential. Two bicycles will be at your disposal, free of charge. You will receive a welcome pack on arrival.
