Treasure was an excellent host. She was very responsive and accommodating. The house was very clean and spacious. Three of us comfortably used the space for four days. Two full baths, three bedrooms, a large TV in the living room and a fully functioning kitchen for this price point is a steal. The WiFi was high speed too!

The check in & cleanliness were good. Unfortunately, we had bad timing with the smoke detectors malfunctioning. I know things happen, but did not realize that everything had to be communicated through the VRBO messaging center. It would have made life so much easier had we known since I had to go home for a family emergencies and my husband didn't have the access to my VRBO account and I was not able to check messages the one day so he had to sit for over 2 hours with all the firing alarms going off b/c the number listed in the owners notebook was not responding. He finally had to leave and go away for a few hours until it was fixed. Why leave a phone # then?The owner also should have let us know at the beginning that this is the only form of communication. There was also an issue, because of those family emergencies,I had to go home for . The owner questioned extra people coming to the house as well as our dog, who we were not brining initially. On the listing it says pet friendly, but not until you select the pet, in your initial booking does it show there is a charge for the pet. We had to pay this right away even though the dog went back home & only stayed 2 nights. This should be stated in the description of the listing that there is an extra charge for a pet. She was gracious enough not to charge us for 2 different people, even though there were no additional people per night that I initially put in for. We will not be staying next year at this location.

Farm Show

Overall it was great. Although it says 3 bedrooms there is 3 bedrooms but one room doesn’t have an actual bed. It has a fold in half couch. So there is only 2 real beds in the house. That was really my only complaint.

Needs a little better communication and amenities

Property was clean and check-in easy. Wifi worked well. Toaster and microwave and stove worked well. Neighborhood was quiet. Host did not respond accurately to questions regarding size of coffee maker - it's too small for 4 adults. There was only one coffee cup. The non-stick coatings on the fry pans were completely corroded. Our friends stayed in the second bedroom and said that the mattress was very uncomfortable and they couldn't sleep well. The toilet seats were loose and there were no tools to secure them, so we finger tightened them a couple of times. Both toilets blocked up during our stay and one overflowed - for some reason when it blocked it just kept flowing until the water valve was shut off. Fortunately there was a mop for cleanup because there was a lot of water! The toilet in the master bath had a tank seal leak. Water didn't leak out but the valve turned on every couple of minutes to fill and was noisy. Host provided only two dishwasher soaps for a four night stay and there was not enough laundry detergent to wash the towels from the toilet overflow.

Poor way to do business

No mention that the ac was not working right, in the ad there is absolutely no mention of cameras, I set on the outside furniture and every time I would get up my arms and legs were covered in black, instead of host reaching out they charge me for their mess, I put one of their blankets down on the same outside furniture, it did the same, but me being nice I washed the blanket to get it out which dyed 2 towels!! This is the thanks I get to change me

Louisville vacation

This VRBO was our home base for a week long vacation exploring Louisville. The home is located in a quiet neighborhood close to a main thoroughfare. The home was clean and welcoming. Communication with the manager was easy and with timely responses. I would stay here again.

Great house

We enjoyed the house! It was as described it was perfect for our family. It’s always nice to come to a house at the end of a busy day of exploring and having room to lounge around and relax. Kitchen had everything you could need including an airfryer which we used multiple times!! Owner is very responsive and easy to get a hold of. Check in was smooth had directions before our arrival and everything was as explained. Beds were super comfy. Loved the sheets and pillows! Was just a 10 -20min drive to downtown.

Excellent for our team

We were in town several days for National ARBA Convention and this was the perfect place to spend our nights and down time. It was comfortable and relaxing, which was perfect because we had little downtime and needed the best place to spend it.

Modest clean convenient

The house is modest and does not come with many amenities. It served our purposes as we ate out for all meals. The backyard had room to relax but there was no lawn furniture.
