Great place to stay

This was a great place to stay. Close to 4th street live and many restaurants. The place was clean and had everything you would need. The only con is you have to go into the condo to get the garage pass before you can get into the garage. This would be hard if you were by yourself and there was no available parking out front. The parking garage was a short walk to the condo, not bad at all. I would definitely stay there again.

Great location

We couldn't get over the location - right next to the Palace & Mercury Ballroom. We were able to get anywhere downtown within minutes. The place itself was great too. Everything we needed was in the condo. I would stay again if given the option.

Gaining access to the condo was not as simple as the description suggested. But that was a minor hiccup. The space was clean nicely, decorated, and spacious. And easily accessible to attractions.

Volleyball tournament

Spent time in Louisville with my daughters for a volleyball tournament. The room met all advertised expectations. Close to a lot of restaurants and shopping. We had a great time. The unit had everything we needed especially for two girls they were impressed and had a great tome

4th Street condo with parking

Its great that parking is included. Our son lives in Louisville and we come and go alot so its nice not having to worry about finding a parking and paying.

Louisville Hang

We were there in the "quiet" season for Louisville and enjoyed a weekend near downtown. Quick access to other neighborhoods and easy to explore the city. The place was cozy and convenient for us.

clean and secure

We enjoyed the stay. Everything was clean and tidy. Location was great. We saw a concert next door at the Palace Theater. It took us a day to figure out that you had to wake up the door code box by hitting the pound key and then entering the code starting with another pound key. we recommend this VRBO.

Cool Downtown Louisville Kentucky Suite

We enjoyed our weekend In Louisville Kentucky. This suite location was perfect for us . Easy walking distance to restaurants and venues ( we attended Pink concert at the KFC Yum Arena ) The space was located in a really cool historical building , but with modern amenities. It was clean and had plenty of space for 4 people . We definitely recommend this space and would look to stay there again when we visit Louisville in the future . Thank you !

This is a really neat apartment that has some beautiful décor. The kitchen is incredibly well stocked and the parking garage pass is super convenient.
