Very nice updated property! The host was a fabulous communicator. The kitchen had everything we neededAnd more. The master shower is amazing and there were plenty of nice thick towels too. We were able to walk to a few good restaurants and we took advantage of cards and games in the unit. One notable is the the 2nd master bedroom is separated from the master by a door with frosted glass panels and does not feel very private. The 3rd bedroom is very private but requires a wall to the bathroom.

It was a quick weekend getaway. It was a perfect place to stay. Everything was clean . Everything you need it had it. Only 2 things ...big bowls for adults to eat out of. There were only child size bowls. And there were a couple screws sticking of a wall. Called host to let them know. Otherwise it was a great stay. Close to everything.

In need of care

Water pressure in the kitchen was weak. Not enough to make ice in the ice maker. There was only hot water in 1 of the showers. The beds were uncomfortable as were the dining room chairs. The description listed 1 bedroom having 2 beds. We found 3 bedrooms with 1 bed each.

Very Convenient Spot!

This property was very convenient to downtown Louisville and quick to get to the highways if heading out to other spots on the Bourbon Trail. The place was very clean. Full kitchen if you want to cook in, but very close to many restaurants if you don't. Half bath wasn't quite a separate bath given the layout, but it worked well for us nonetheless.

Great place to stay if playing at Ky expo center. Only issue we had was listing says 2 bedrooms in bedroom 2 but there is actually only 1. Had to sleep in the livingvroom. Condo has everything you need. Close to stores and restaurants. Owner was very well with communication.

St Matthew’s gem

Stayed over the weekend to visit with grandparents in a location where we could walk to multiple restaurants. This condo is perfect. It is on the second floor with steps to get in and is dog friendly although we did not bring our pet this time. This is the cleanest property we’ve ever been into in a VRBO with such nice furnishings. Will be back.

great condo!

Our stay at the Sweet Spot was great! The owner is very communicative and helpful. the condo is very clean and beds were comfortable. The floor plan is interesting with no way to get to the master except through a bathroom or another bedroom. Living area is nice with a large TV , but a little small if you have more than 5-6 guests. Kitchen is large and well equipped. Nice area. We had never been to Louisville, so this was a little further out from downtown(felt more suburban) than we had hoped but still a great visit. Definitely recommend

It Is a Sweet Spot!

My Traveling Book Club really enjoyed our stay. Nice accommodations, easy access to restaurants and a great ice cream shop! We are from SD and found Louisville and Lexington to be very friendly cities.
