The home is within walking distance of over 60 restaurants, bars, retail and vintage stores, bourbon distilleries, breweries and entertainment venues in the NuLu Neighborhood. It is also a short distance from Paristown Pointe, Fourth Street Live, Logan Street Market, the Yum! Center, and Downtown Louisville.

The neighborhood was very quiet and an easy walk to the Nulu area. We enjoyed our stay immensely. The house was lovely and quite comfortable for our family trip.

We had a great stay. This property was MUCH larger inside that it appears on the listing and gave us plenty of room to spread out and have our own space, or spend time together in the kitchen and living room. The covered parking was an added bonus! Would definitely recommend staying here and consider visiting again.

The house is adorable and beautifully restored inside but with a little bit of exposed brick for authenticity. Parking is in the alley so you don't have to jockey for street parking. Very nice stay.

We absolutely loved our stay here. The home is amazing and is very close to several restaurants. The host is very responsive to requests. I would love to stay here again.

Great little cottage in a great location. Scott was a great host and had some great advise on spots to check out. Little hiccup with the door lock but Scott was there in 10 min to get it sorted for us.

What a beautiful space! We only stayed for one night, but the beds were comfortable, the house was clean, and the instructions and communications with Scott were excellent. Thank you for making a short stay pleasant and easy.

This place was great! It was a convenient location close to everything we wanted, super clean, and had any amenity we needed. The binder of recommendations was also super helpful. Highly recommend!

Great stay! Wonderful communication pre- and during the trip. The house was roomy and had just about everything we could need. It was walkable to some of the locations we were visiting, and easily driveable to the rest. We loved the car parking in the back and appreciated the clear instructions provided in the book in the kitchen. We did stay in the secondary bedroom to have better access to wall sockets for overnight charging, but both rooms were very comfortable. All around great stay!

Scott is the perfect host! If we could give more than 5 stars, we would. This is a cute little house in the perfect location. 15 minutes from the Louisville Slugger Museum, 20 minutes to Mega Caverns and Lights Under Louisville, several churches and great restaurants are nearby. The neighborhood was quiet, the house is well-equipped with basic essentials (and great coffee). We’re saving this one for another trip to L-vil.

Great shotgun house. Very clean and well equipped. Unique home. Master bed was not the most comfortable. I’d suggest a better mattress and frame. But overall, we were quite please with our stay. Thank you.

Cute and Convenient House

Scott was a great host. House was nicely decorated with comfortable beds and hot water for showers. There is parking in the back with a covered awning that made getting the luggage very easy. Would definitely stay here again.
