This listing is one suite inside A12 Suites, a reimagined 1970s landmark boutique hotel in the heart of downtown Louisville. There are 10 different suites in this building. With other groups potentially in the building during your stay, you'll have full privacy inside your suite plus access to common areas like the elevator, both stairwells, and the lobby.



Step into Count Fleet, the Floor 2 Stakes Suite where the Ohio River runs through every wall. Named for the 1943 Triple Crown winner, Count Fleet won the Belmont Stakes by 25 lengths and his name evokes a fleet of boats steaming down the river, this suite is Louisville's working waterfront brought indoors. The palette of Constant Coral, Honeydew, Pistachio, Kilkenny, and Espalier mirrors the riverbank in summer. Original artwork tells the story of the Belle of Louisville, the paddle-wheel boats that built the city, the great 1937 flood, the bridges and barges and rugged industry that made Louisville a river town. There's even a brick wall feature paying tribute to A12's own bourbon roots in this same neighborhood. Four bedrooms, six beds, two full baths, a full kitchen, and a living room, for 12 guests who want Louisville's lifeblood story right in their suite.

Tucked behind a hidden Dover Blue freight-elevator wall door off The Provisions Hall, our basement-level NHS Speakeasy + Game Room features a pool table, games, a custom bar, lounge seating, a chef's kitchen, and a large group dining and conference table. The Industrial-Prohibition aesthetic is perfect for game nights, private dinners, bourbon tastings, and after-hours gatherings.



🎨 All artwork throughout the building was done by a single artist and is on loan from a private collection.
