Each of the 10 suites has individual access codes. The building has a separate building access code for entry. The NHS Speakeasy + Game Room has its own access code, included with The Field. Elevator serves all floors. Two stairwells, East (serves Speakeasy-side suites: 1300, 1400, 2300, 2400 + basement) and West (serves Paddock-side suites: 1100, 1200, 2100, 2200 + basement), are also available.

Welcome to downtown Louisville, where everything your group could want is within walking distance. A12 sits in the Central Business District, which means Whiskey Row and its legendary lineup of bourbon distilleries are a straight 14-minute walk north on First Street. Old Forester, Evan Williams, Michter's, Buzzard's Roost, Green River, and more are all within reach on foot. Angel's Envy and Rabbit Hole are a quick rideshare away.



Hungry? Repeal Oak-Fired Steakhouse is one of the best steakhouses in Louisville, located right on Whiskey Row. Porch Kitchen & Bar serves comfort food with a soulful Louisville twist. Sidebar at Whiskey Row has artisan burgers and bourbon flights that your group will love. Doc Crow's has Southern smokehouse and an incredible raw bar. And Merle's Whiskey Kitchen brings live music with hand-crafted bourbon cocktails and Southern cuisine.



For a more casual night, 4th Street Live is an 8-minute walk with a full block of dining and entertainment, including Guy Fieri's Smokehouse, Howl at the Moon, and PBR Louisville. Third Street Dive is right around the corner for late-night drinks when the group isn't ready to call it a night.

The Old Seelbach Bar inside the historic Seelbach Hotel has over 200 bourbon selections, and the Library Bar at the Omni offers craft cocktails in a gorgeous lounge setting.
